I haven't decided yet, I think everyone on my FL is getting a XONE. I think even crash's cheap ass bought one. :lol:

I wasn't interested at all until the beta which was a good tease. The pvp was stupid fun.

@Nuke I'm getting X1 but probably not before Destiny gets released.

For consoles maybe, but unless we see this thing on PC, a lot of us aren't going anywhere. Also you can see this game as Halo with more space magic or Mass Effect with less space magic. Regardless, I'd still bang if on pc.

Meh, I am still playing Halo Combat Evolved on pc at times, since Gamespy went down Bungie has released a new patch to restore the multiplayer, faithful company.

From the 3-4 hours I played it on a friend's xbox, this is my impression as well.

 

Also I enjoyed the PVE way more than PVP just because of how abysmal the netcode was. It seemed as if I was killed by ridiculous netcode or kill trades way more than I was by legit firefights. I would unload a clip on a guy, he'd run behind a corner, come back, melee me, jump back and we'd both die.  <_<

 

I know it was a beta and Bungie said that they'll work on it but if the netcode on release day is similar to how it was in the beta, I'm not gonna buy it for PC.

I didn't get to play that much but a lot of elements of Halo in it. A little bit of random loot system as well. Pretty highly customizable. Three man fire teams for missions. Unskippable cut scenes were annoying. The controls/gameplay were pretty smooth as well. Three classes which are almost like a shooter version of your basic RPG games Rouge, Wizard, and Knight or in destiny Hunter, Warlock, and Titan.

I've been told it's a cross between Halo and Borderlands .. my brother and his friend are going to get it.

 

Guess I'll have to invest in a PS4

It took the good things Defiance had too. It plays way faster than Halo also most things killing you in less than a second.
But the best thing about the game is the speeder bikes, there better be a racing mini game.

Yeah my current FL is full of XONE owners, but I'll be getting Destiny on PS4. I still plan on getting a nextbox sometimes soon. Sunset Overdrive and MCC look interesting.

 

I'll be playing Destiny like the Destroy Ending was real and my Warlock is a zombie Vanguard still shaking off the cobwebs after being dead for hundreds of years.

 

Then some Mass Effect anouncement will come along and I'll be back here. Playing this game. Again. :(
