I just added the 20 questions limit as a force of urgency, really. I should have also had something in mind for if we do hit 20 without guessing the character.

Or so the person who has assumed the role essentially wins, by the others not guessing in time? And so then, they can either choose to assume another role OR pass the duty over to whoever posts next?

Maybe this could be an option.
Whoever was closest to the answer assumes the role and they can either take it or pass it on to the 20th post.(unless they were the 20th so then it gets passed to the 19th.)
