leo_x, I just downloaded and installed this with great success. I haven't been building or playing the past couple months, but I think you just got me back into it. I'll spread the word in my old community.

*bump*
Great program and it's been working well so far, but I have a small request. Is it possible to add a "Blacklist IP Address" function to Neverrun?
One server seems to have flooded the server list, and it's making the list very hard to scroll through. I have nothing against that server and it is probably a technical issue with the master server itself, but more than half of the RP tab is filled with duplicates of one server and it is slowing the program down with ping requests too.
I don't really plan to play on that server so I'd like a simple solution to this flood.

Heya,
Thanks! I did notice that as well and meant to mention it to Skywing since it impacts every listing.
I've added this for the next release which has been along time coming... but maybe in the next week or so. If you're willing to test out the blacklist make sure it all works correctly, I can PM you an updated EXE.
Let me know if you have any other ideas for improvements! Tho really... GOG Galaxy entered public beta today and if that has NWN matchmaking... I don't think there will be much point in any community created stuff.

That is the default behavior. I will add a setting to override that.
Thanks!

Awesome! This has been quite useful to me. When I am waiting for other players to show up, I don't have to even have the game open. I can just open Neverrun and glance at it every so often to see how many are online.

BTW, if there is a concern that having it update in the background may start eating up too much bandwidth, then a very good option would be to only update the servers listed in the current category. That way, one could update only the RP servers, or only favorites, etc.

Good idea! I'll add that to the next beta.
I've uploaded a v0.6 beta 1 to neverwintervault: http://neverwinterva...r/tool/neverrun. Anyone that would like to try it out just needs to download and overwrite the current exe.
New features:
- Finally added the settings panel that can handle Neverrun settings, some NWN settings, and Community Patch settings.
- Neverrun settings: Default loader and toolset. Update in background. Modifying hidden IP address List.
- NWN Settings: Most settings from nwnplayer.ini that impact players (that were listed on the Wiki), adding/removing haks from nwnpatch.ini, color picker for Chat/Trap colors.
- Community Patch settings: All that I am aware of, but I'm not sure if these will be active until 1.72...
- Hiding IP Addresses.
- Fixed issue with an error dialog popping up multiple times when not connected to the internet.
- Added neverrun.log to log info that might be helpful in determining issues.
- Fixed issue with the first run window size that might have been too big for lower resolution desktops.
- Fixed a few issues with Unnamed Servers showing up blank.

neverrun v0.7 is on the horizon. the big change is the parsing of ServerDesc.txt. For those servers interested in such a thing you can see what I've started here: https://github.com/j...evelop#neverrun I know this all a bit historical fiction given the player counts, etc; but it's basically a standard YAML metadata (for homepage/forum/webchat) + markdown (actual description of server and features). These are open text-based formats that any site that shows server listings could support to improve (new) player friendliness.. And there really are very few limits on how much that can be improved (imo). That's the only goal here. There are also no limits on how things can be expanded. HAK updaters, event calendars, etc, etc.
Example of a test: http://i.imgur.com/FzNN1x0.png (ServerDesc.txt) This is just a dumb test of the markdown parser don't get hung up on the formatting, you can literally do anything HTML can. Really simple and powerful.
If anyone has any suggestions or feedback i'd love to hear them.
