I'm just about to finish up my Origin's playthrough (Awakening other DLC and such) currently im a Dual Weilding Warrior this guys just wrecks enemies super speedy , very high DPS i'm so glad i went with the warrior route then the rogue couldn't find it in me to try to go for backstabs.

Dragon Age 2 though is different the reason why i loved the DW Warrior was cause it fit my play style of rushing into battle , since this game is more action base i was wondering if the Rogues are any different?. Sadly my DW won't be able to return in DA2 so if Rogues aren't chosen i'll simply become a Two-Handed Warrior being a Berserker and Reaver like my DW Warrior in Origins.

The DA2 DW Rogue is different from the prequel in that it utilizes several ways to avoid an opponent after a surprise attack. It is a hit & run design; not meant to engage for lengthy combat, IMO.

For direct confrontation, I recommend the 2H Warrior. For more guerilla type tactics, a Rogue.
