Regarding those perks; is it possible to unlock them all or only a certain amount? Has anything been stated on the matter?

I haven't seen anything definitive. I'm guessing they're either/or choices, like Glyph's upgrades in Mass Effect, but that's just a guess.

Glad to see more info. So far, every bit of info I've seen has made me happier about my preorder. Can't wait to see what they've got in store for Gamescom.

We've never been able to unlock all skills/talents/spells before, so it's a good bet that the trend will continue, whether we are talking about spells, skills or these new perks.

"... part of playing Inquisitor means decorating Skyhold manually: everything from the windows, throne, banner, and heraldry to the drapes can be swapped in a menu."
The interior decorator inside me is squealing with joy!
Also, we have our own Tavern?! Can we name it ourselves? That is awesome!

Well... I have been able to unlock every skill and talent ![]()
But I meant; will these perks get locked-in as soon as we select a perk tree?

Ahh.
I don't think so. I think of it as the Inquisition is a 5th character always in your party, his (hers) 3 trees are Military, Espionage and Politics. He (She) levels up a little differently than you do, he (she) requires Operations to be completed to gain xp (or other important events) then you get the option to select perks from his (her) 3 trees. Instead of active abilities though, he (she) gets passives that effect your whole party in different than normal ways (increased potion capacity, etc).
So I think we will be able to select a fair few from all 3 trees, or max out one tree and pick a few from the other 2. We should, however, have access to all three trees all the time (unless we kill an advisor maybe).

Aha! In that case, I'm gonna be fine ![]()

So I made a video covering this info, but I don't know is it any good. Any feedback would be appreciated. Also can't wait to customize my Skyhold. Going to go full military style.
Also I could have some info wrong in the video.

Mark mentioned in the PAX Prime demo that they wanted the player's actions, not words, to dictate what is going to happen. So you can say "I will save the keep" but then go and save the village instead if you want.
lol... bad example
