I've always been of the opinion that every third person game is enhanced by the ability to jump.
There's a jump button? Or does the controlled character only jump (automatically) if he/she has to go over an obstacle?

Hmm...good qeustion and now I no longer feel so happy

It's a button.
I'm hoping jumping's not the only feature inherited from BF4. Fighter jets, for example.
the rebellious templars will be surprised when i roll up to their fortifications with main battle tanks and self propelled missiles
A nice addition but I plan to abuse it heavily during combat. I hope the enemy AI can figure out how to counter players who spam the jump button and use the terrain to their advantage.
If it's anything like the jump from SWTOR I don't want it.
Games that don't let me jump irk me. I often like jumping from point A to point B, especially if the have a special animation for the jump every few presses of the button. Gives my thumb something to do. ![]()
I know. When i saw the demo I was gushing to my partner about being able to jump, crouch, roll, etc. and he was like yeah, so what, such and such a game has been able to do that since whenever. And I was like yeah, but this is Dragon Age. It's a great game and you can do stunts too. I'm not sure he really gets it.

What better way to establish the Inquisition's power?
I think every cheered a little when they saw that clip, we can finally freaking jump.

It truly is just that, without the ability to jump I feel so restricted and grounded. Jumping makes me feel free and let's me have fun.
We can jump now!?!?!

>implying that not every first person game is enhanced by the same
Want to make a small joke, but don't want to get into trouble so won't.
But yes jumping is always good, liking some of the new options mentioned in the latest gameplay vid.
