No no, hide in a closet. It worked for Godwin in the Circle.

Then our only hope is Charles Barkley, may he jam the heavens.
As if. Only one champion can save us from the fires above.

I think mages are able to repair veil tears , but it's difficult.
So the Inquisitor and his/her magical hand is very conveniant.
And it seem the Inquisitor is also important as a symbol of faith , he/she is the only one who survived , and some people will want to see a miracle in this.Or not.
Closing a veil tear without the Inquisitor's glowing hand is a hassle. You have to cross through the tear into the fade and fight your way through demons up a fade tower to remove its sigil stone. It's a very time consuming process.

I think there is more to the Inquisition than meets the eye. Or at least to the reforming of it.
Any huge army can be formed to combat the demons.
Why bring back something so controversial with such a direct link to the Chantry?
More to the story, trust me on that.

Batman probably has a plan for the Breach.
I was talking to Lucius and Zatanna about it today. We're experimenting with lyrium at Wayn... I mean the Batcave. I'm preparing in case our dimensions collide due to the Flash's speedforce antics. Gotham is bad enough without demons pouring from the sky. After the Batcomputer finishes it's analyses we'll have a solution to this breach problem for you. I'll be send Barr... I mean Flash to Skyhold Keep with some lyrium grenades along with the corresponding manuals.

On Josephine Montilyet's page, it says "she sincerely believes that the Inquisition is the best way to halt the chaos sweeping Thedas."
What other ways are there to halt the etc etc etc?
Leave it to the Grey Wardens?
Wholesale Rite of Annulment?
Coalition of the Willing?
Market forces?
Tea party with Corypheus?
The Grey Wardens don't care unless it doesn't involve the darkspawn.
Too impractical, too many people would die on both sides before it's accomplished.
Not sure what you mean here.
Money only counts for so much when the world is about to end.
I have a feeling that Corypheus' tea will be flavored with someone's blood.

Remember that one thing is "the Inquisition" and another thing is "the Inquisitor's green hand of doom". The later can exist without the former. So the question is: why do you need the Inquisition instead of, you know, trusting other organization to take the helm and support the green hand's business?
The answer is simple: because you can't trust the others. A unified Orlais could have the power and the means, but they're in a civil war. The old Circle system might have provided good support and even offer alternatives (expensive and dangerous, but alternatives nonetheless) to close the tears, but now it's in war against the Templars. Grey Wardens could be convinced of broadening their world-saving horizons, but it seems there's a problem with them.
