Yeah, f*ggots spilling ending to ME2 when it's not even out yet. And you know what they'll do? Jack sh*t. I'm out.

It appears that there are random people posting heavy spoilers regarding plot, twist, and ending for ME2. I accidently felll trap to one of them as I was reading their reply until in the middle I figured out what I was reading then left. It also appears that this has been going on for a while now but yet there are no mods to do anything about it. Don't give me that crap that it is a weekend so Bioware is at home. They can still "outsource" their mods to people who aren't really Bioware staff, but just forum users who are trustable to patrol this place, like DeadManFish back in the day.Instead, we get nothing and now I'm leaving in fear of running across a thread title with a major spoilers. I feel that the game has been runined for me and my anticipation for ME2 just decreased dramatically. I blame Bioware for this because they have been doing a very poor job with the moderation.

Chris P cannot be everywhere all the time so I can understand that, but Bioware should still atleast bring on some prominent and trustworthy forum users to handle moderation for situations like this. For those infected (Lol, I'm acting like this is some type of global disease like Aids) I am deeply sorry and I feel for you as well. I know that there are warnings against these members but for me and I'm sure for a lot others, it was too late.

It is like months ago, Chris P and others mods would be here locking threads, moving threads, and posting warnings. Now that we NEED that, nothing is available.

As for justice, forget it. Even a lifetime ban isn't worth it. The people who are doing this aren't forum regulars and probably have no plans of being here ever again. Instead, they are out for the thrill to spoil the game and taking advantage of an open forum to do so since there really is no moderation. Just admit it, we (forum regulars) were cheated. I know some might say that we should have left this place a week ago or in some cases, a month ago, but that is not the point. The point is that Bioware is supposed to moderate this place or find people who can at ALL TIMES. If we all live by the logic of "You should have left this place earlier" then what is the use of cops? Because in that sense, if we get robbed, killed, threathened, or raped, well we should have just stayed inside and go nowhere. We NEED protection and in this case, we are all let down drastically.

I guess this is going to be my last time here for a long while. I'll be back once I have beaten the game 2 or three times which will probably be around April or May. But until then, so long and I suggest that everyone who doesnt want to be spoiled to leave this place now!

What a complainey-pants :-)

The mods are more laxed then they were on the original forum, I may have to ask a certain troll to get back on for all of us.

Mr. Priestly certainly has a lot of work to do when he checks his PMs, it seems like everybody needs to talk to him (including me about the EU ME2 CE delay: social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/103/index/712072/).

I wonder if he works on weekends though, I'd guess not, so it's probably next week for his answers.

@coldcall - If these were small spoilers I'd agree with you, but these jerks are posting endgame scenarios. It's like the Snape kills Dumbledore of ME2. They're spam posting them in multiple threads, posting spoilers in the thread titles, and generally being heartless bags of human refuse.

I'm pretty upset about this as well, but this is the internet, where anyone can be an ****. The OP is right, nothing can really change the fact of what has happened. Hopefully EA/Bioware can find stores who broke street dates and punish them accordingly, as punishing the actually people dropping the spoilers will do nothing.

We don't know that fockbox's and ballinstine's spoilers are real. They could just be f*cking with us.

The spoilers Fockbox and Ballinstine are posting have either A) already been told to us or
B) Are found in the novels and not in the game.

I have read all the novels and some of these "Spoilers" are actually from them.

Besides which, the chance that they really know what is the end is based on opinion anyway.

They could know this ending (im speculating) however than this ending would be just 1 of many possible endings. We already know that some or all of your squad can die, however Chris also said that No One Has To Die. The end they have so called "spoiled" could just be 1 of multiple scenarios that can play out in your game. If you are really scared that you will have this 1 ending, try either

A) Finishing every sidequest to see the best ending (ie the 1 in which no 1 dies, hypothetically)
or B) rush through the game to see the other endings first (ie run straight through the main quest without doing anything else: no upgrading, no sidemissions, no anything else that might occur)

Also , as I said they could just be making everything up to ****** everyone off. (My personal opinion)

Anyone with two working cells to rub together should know that if you don't want a story to be spoiled, don't go anywhere near related forums for that story. Even if the moderators were active as buggery, there's every chance you're going to be one of the first few to see a post/thread/comment that, intentionally or not, contains spoilers. They can't be everywhere at once.

While I feel for the loss of your ME2 virginity before it's time, you brought it upon yourself. Use your head next time!

Agree heavily with OP.

Simply add some more mods from different timezones or get the ones you have to be more harsh.

The rules appear to be clear, but then story spoilers are running free.

Mechanics spoilers, on the other hand, I am happy to hear about. Formulas and rules and stuff like what bonuses carry over are much helpful without ruining the story.

Sorry, but protheans as collectors? This is c-movie quality if it is true. They never looked like insects on ilos and i cant imagine a reason why the reapers would modify them this way.And Vigil stated that the reapers let their slaves die on the exhausted worlds. This must be nonsense.

The mods are probably enjoying their weekends with their families. You can't blame them for wanting to not listen to our crap for a few days and pump their wives.
