Doing the legacy-DLC, I found one amulet and one ring with a stat I don't really understand:

It says "100% dmg in melee".

Now, does that mean

1) Always a 100% hit instead of glancing blows?

2) Additional 100% dmg?

And one other thing with  a request for clarification:

On some items are

A ) "x% healing FROM this character"

B ) "x% healing FOR this character

Do I understand correctly, when I say that

1) A should be equipped on a healer and

2) B is good for everyone because it raises the regeneration rate AND healing from a healer and pots

3) B is especially good for a blood mage

I am aware that all these questions might have been answered over and over again during the last four years. Nevertheless, perhaps someone could help me to remember.

Thx in advance :)

No its neither. It's a counterattack mechanic, you deal 100% of your basic attack damage to an enemy who attacks you in melee. Works for everyone even Mages and Archers, if they attack you in melee they will receive full basic ranged attacked damage from you. As you know Mages and archers deal less damage when auto-attacking in melee but this item uses their ranged damage to counterattack the enemies therefore this item is good for everyone. Tanks use it better though.

You are somewhat right.

+X% healing to this character: E.g. For a healing potion normally restoring 60% health, a property of +17% would make it heal for 70.2%.

+X% healing by this character: E.g. The spell Heal heals for 40%/80%; a property adding 17% would make the spell restore 46.8%/93.6% health instead.

A blood mage benefits from both. Because he can get healed more with his own spells with "healing by this character" and again amplify the healing with "healing to this character".

Interesting, thx :)

Regarding the bloodmage:

As far as I know, there is no normal healing by pots, when the "use blood instead of mana" is active. She uses that bloodmage-spell, which is kind of a drain life, I'm sure you know what i mean.

Would that "healing by.." and "healing to..." also apply to this spell?

I was merely using the potion as an example. Blood mage has two spells that heal you, Sacrifice and Grave Robber. The item property +% healing to this character affect Grave Robber and Sacrifice, not the item property +% healing by this character. Because Sacrifice and Grave Robber are not considered healing spells therefore are unaffected by this item property. While you are affected by both if you want to heal yourself then only "healing to this character" works.

For blood mage get this: +X% healing to this character

Ok, thx for the brushing-up of my vague memories :)
