Goddamnit I was just about have a fan-gasm the likes of which has never been witnessed by a fellow human being but then....disappointment. 

 

And what is this about Sharpe movies?  Sounds interesting.  Never seen em.  Need more info.  I've watched pretty much every movie with Sean Bean in it.  Looking forward to Legends too.   Sean Bean definitely needs to do more roles in video games, especially in games like Dragon Age.

 

Sharpe was a TV series in the UK a while back trying to find a You Tube video for them but while there are many they all seem to be ones I am hesitant to link to because they are the full episode or a 'Part 2 of 4 or whatever' here we go...

You missed the part at the top which says, My variant of Voice Cast for the upcoming Dragon Age III: Inquisition franchaise.

 

The key there being "my variant" AKA my personal choices.

Pretty sure that's not true -- It wouldn't be quite fitting either, since that would mean the protagonist will be arbitrarily killed off half-way through the game.

Wouldn't really be surprised...Sean Bean froths over medieval fantasy. He's in a bunch of shitty B-Grade movies that I think he signed up for just because it was medieval fantasy. So his voice being in a medieval fantasy game like Dragon Age would be right up his alley!

This reminds of the time people claimed Major "Big Ben" Coats in the Mass Effect 3 teaser trailer was definitely Sean Bean, one guy even swore blind that if it wasn't him it had to be a fantastic impression, despite Nicholas Boulton using a London accent and Bean being from Sheffield.

Being at different ends of England, they're not even remotely similar regional accents.

Hey, lay off Sean Bean. The guy has the reputation for being a workaholic, hence why he often accepts roles which other actors of his caliber would turn down. Translation: he likes to keep busy.

 

 

I like the guy, I think he's a great actor but when you think about it, he really is in a lot of medieval fantasy movies/shows.

I also saw (most) of this movie The Lost Future and it was awful. Technically it's post-apocalyptic, not medieval but it's basically the same. Forests have claimed back Earth, technology is gone, people are in tribes with swords and bows/arrows and there are mutant creatures that might as well be orks. He also lent his voice to Elder Scrolls: Oblivion so he has voiced a medieval fantasy game before. Which is why I wouldn't have been surprised if he actually did voice the Inquisitor in DA:I.

I like him in the those movies. the second was crap though.. and I kept expecting him to look at Kit Harrington's character and say " Winter is Coming." 

 

he also plays himself in Vicar of Dibbly in one of the best cameo's know to man.

For you information, im pretty sure Vin Diesel would gladly accept it if he had a chance. He is a tabletop RPG:er after all.
