I guess i'm not done with this game , theres still one more playful in me but this time i wanna end on a big note try to finish everything and become the most powerful character i've ever made.
Arcane Warrior is very powerful class due to there survivability as well being able to cast Healing/Powerful spells you want, while the Rogue's can be fun little glass cannon's who die very easily but give them a few seconds behind an enemie then suddenly you win. lol
((PS if you read my past posts i still have one Origin left i'm just going to say this now but i have no interest at all in the Dwarf Commoner , I'm sorry but i've played the beginning of it and just found it boring.))
Super powerful class "Arcane Warrior" Vs "DPS Rogue"

1 Point for Arcane Warrior ![]()
The only thing i know if Rogues do get some extra Quests from Denerim unless you put pick pocketing on a Warrior or Mage class then you can do half of Denerim's Crime Wave missions lol

Also do anyone who knows alot about Arcane Warriors i'm following this Guide and what does this mean?
Male Human Arcane Warrior/Spirit Healer
30 natural dexterity (including Fade and AW bonus, add 5 points if Haste is frequently used)
35-40 natural willpower (including Fade bonus)
All other points into Magic
I understand everything else but Natural Dex and Willpower? does that mean i don't have to put any points into them i just let my rings , armor and other equipment do that job. ? heres the guide im following

For a fun playthrough, I prefer a DPS rogue, Ranger. The Denerim rogue quests are a good way to break up the tedium of the end game, and the Crow quests from Ignacio make more sense for a rogue, IMO.
And I had a mage once who pickpocketed the entire populace of Ferelden.
(There's lotsa Elfroot out there, and Esme wanted it all. Nay, she needed it!)

I cheat. I use mods to give my AW dual weapon skills or two handed weapon skills. I use cheaper combat magic too. Yes, I cheat and it is so much fun ![]()

Well....yeah. Willpower is a terrible, terrible waste of points in this game (15 mana for an entire level up? Just awful)
The strongest build is no other than Arcane Warrior/Blood Mage. Nothing even scratches this level of OPness. I'm surprised it's even a question. Spirit healer is not very good (except for the stat bonuses you get upon picking it).
All points into magic
Spells: Main ones are Cone of Cold, Stonefist, Crushing Prison, Mana Clash are the big 4. Freeze shi with the cone and shatter with stonefist (your allies can also shatter with any auto-crit ability, so mighty blow, critical shot, etc.). At higher levels, blood wound pretty much does in every weakling and severely hurts all normal rank enemies. Crushing prison will take care of lieutenant rank enemies and mana clash wipes all mages and fade creatures out. And, since it's a prerequisite, force field is one of the best spells as well. Protects your allies close to injury. Also cancels grab attacks, leaving enemies swinging at an invincible target. Walking bomb is a great single target threat magnet. Fireball is pretty fun too if you don't want to freeze everything. You only really need shimmering shield for boss fights, dont leave it on all the time.
For your armour, Cailan's armour set offers a massive 36 armor for a measly 11% fatigue. It seriously doesn't get better than that. Cailan's arms for weapon set 1, the best staff you can find for set 2 (so you don't have to worry about sheathing weapons to cast certain spells).

DPS Rogues do not have to be made of glass. When allowed to have STR 38+, they may wear the best Heavy armor, and shrug off a lot of the Overwhelm and like abilities much like a Warrior. And a hybrid Archer/ DW does not apparently miss a beat when bearing a longbow or daggers. Highly versatile due to skills and abilities, and is able to solo without the need for a Bash Lock mod; extremely recommended.
RE: Dwarven Commoner - Pls play the entire Origin before eliminating the story from your lists. Not only do you get to sim one of the more acclaimed stories of the game lore, the overall campaign is filled with tales of loyalty and betrayal. Worth a shot, IMO.

I think Arcane Warrior/Blood Mage is the strongest class because you have more options for locking down groups of enemies... Blood Wound, Inferno, Fireball, and Death Cloud can pretty much destroy anyone, especially when you use the Staff of the Magister Lord (+ fire and spirit damage). If anything gets too close, you can use Mind Blast or just stand there being nigh invincible inside your Fade Shroud... I think that the class is more powerful when using staves than melee weapons, but that might be debatable depending on what DLC weapons you have access to.
Not trying to dismiss rogues, as they can be pretty powerful as well. If you take advantage of the skills that give auto backstabs to stunned/paralyzed enemies and regularly make use of poisons, mage allies, or Dirty Fighting, you will do insane amounts of damage very quickly... combine that with Evon the Great's Mail and the skill that gives you a 1/5 chance to dodge attacks and you'll stay on your feet longer than most warriors.
... AW/Blood Mage gets my vote. It gives you the potential to clear out rooms effortlessly and prevent yourself from taking damage at all. You can easily swap between ranged or melee, and since you have a ton of spells to choose from, you don't have to stick to one strategy.

Well-I've had my say on this-as far as I'm concerned, nothing beats Arcane Warrior/Shapeshifter.It's really a matter of what each person's preferences are though.I'd never use blood magic, and I'm not convinced Spirit Healer is really that good.
When you get down to it, any class that you build up is going to have survivability. It just comes down to which you want to pick.

And in general, DPS refers both to damage output and high damage output characters.

I did mine a bit differebt. I took all the glyph spells so I can do the paralyze+repulse combo, miasma, death magic and the paralyze tree. Big time CC, get the other mage to drop a blizzard, i drop a blood spell, switch to CM+DM+Miasma and wade into the fray, rinse and repeat. Deadly combination. Arcane warriors also need some DEX so they actually hit something. Nothing into willpower, I take CON instead for blood magic pool and more soak in melee mode.
