Outside of a few kits I rarely seem to use SMGs as the primary weapon in my builds.  I have 1 or 2 Hurrdurrcane kits and that is about it.  What are your favorites?

Use to be the Hurricane but now that my CSMG is up to XI it's been upgraded from UR to unfair. It weighs nothing, wrecks armor and hits pretty hard. 

 

But for nostalgia sake it would be disrespectful to not mention my now retired Shuriken. It dominated silver back in the day and is what the Eagle wanted to be.

smg's on human engineers : locust , tempest, collector, hornet . ( i rarely use the hurricane).

lol, this is an easy one for me. The CSMG, I can and will use it on every dam kit!!

Hmmm..the Fury becomes a bit too tiresome sometimes without the acolyte but most fun I had with a SMG was Turian soldier scoped Locust. But that was just two matches on White so if we're talking favorite, than I stick with the Fury.

I´ve been lately using CSMG with Human Engineer. Awesome power spammer and don´t need secondary for Phantoms because of drone.

Hornet HA, Hurricane AA, BPP/Tempest/Hornet/Hurricane TSol, CSMG ACA, CSMG FQE.

Hurricane/Hornet sometimes on the HI, with the Widow as a secondary.

Sometimes Huricane on the AJA and the AV, but that's not their typical loadout for me.

CSMG . Stable , light ,accurate and with ext mag and HVB so versatile for ammo choices

CSMG on the Valkyrie.

 

And it saves me from running to the ammo box all the time. Especially on Platinum.

BPP is really fun on gold and above, especially versus collectors. Weird thing is, with the armor multiplier, bosses drop almost as fast as mooks do. Especially Praetorians, though Scions go down just about as fast since you can pop their shoulder almost instantly and then switch to the head.

 

I've been using it a lot lately because it seems like I have loads of SMG 3 boosters and AP ammo. Quarksman's marksman makes it pinpoint accurate enough, and then you're all set for lots of fun!

CSMG. I use it mostly on casters and it's their only weapon. I think I put it on a lot of my kits. It's a really good weapon. And I'm a sucker for collector weaponry.

Hurricane on the Asari Valkyrie.

That's it. Hmm... guess I'm not a fan of SMG's.

BPP/Hurricane on TSol/GI, both combo totally shred enemies.

Locust on Justicar, might not be the most efficient combo but I found it quite enjoyable.

CSMG on ACA for lore/role play, though I found myself using the lolAcolyte on him most of the time.

SMG Fury feels... less powerful, in my opinion. I prefer hard hitting weapons. If you can keep the Fury at 50% recharge speed bonus or higher, she can still play a biotic explosive role while dealing heavy weapon damage. Being under 0% requires more patience.

I'm not really a fan of SMGs in this game, but Hurricane Destroyer is pretty cool. Wouldn't call it a favorite, but I do enjoy it from time to time.
