I'm wondering if there are any creatures for example for download that are suitable to fight for characters of levels 30-39.

Is there a reason you're looking for 30-39 versus earlier or at 40?
The general answer is no, you'd need to download some kind of module meant for that level range or a module which adjusts to your level.
On top of that, gear makes a massive different -- a creature build for PCs with +5 gear is vastly different from one with +10 gear which is vastly different from one with +15 gear. That's not even taking into account things like immunities, damage resistances, etc.

Level 40 is less important because players don't need to level anymore and levels before 30 also because it's rather easy to prepare such creatures myself.
And items: typically weapons, shields, armor and helmets have only enhancement bonuses and other magic properties on them are rare while other accessories are generally rarer to obtain and can have other magic properties.
When it comes to how good these enhancements and properties are, at this level range they have typically required level shown in the toolkit about 5 levels lower than a character likely to use them. So a level 30 melee character will likely have a weapon like Longsword +10 or something like this.

People really don't do the kind of thing you're hoping for -- they make enemies for specific modules/worlds. Best case scenario is maybe to download some arena mod that has self-contained gear and test your character with that, I don't think you'll find anything tailored to your specific gear properties.

Maybe you can find some post 30level creatures in infinite dungeons hak, but with the items you have they wont be match for your players without further improvements I think. MagicalMaster is right, peoples are making their own creatures to fit their own modules and they almost always differ significately (on this level anyway).
If there is some prefab package with creatures, I am not aware of it.

It's not that low magic for other properties, because accessories can have many good magic properties. It's low magic (but not for enhancements) for weapons, shields, armor and helmets but high magic for other things, so all in all I think it's about medium magic.

The best way to learn how to build monsters is to make them & go test them offline, find out what's too tough & too over-challenging and then adjust from there, and I should probably forewarn you, it's going to be a lot of work & testing. (Think weeks for just a few mobs)
