The idea is to get the worst possible result and prolong everyone's suffering as much as possible. My psycho Shepard wants to commit crimes against humanity/aliens and laugh about it.

So here's what I have, please add your input if you wish.

Don't recruit Garrus in ME1.
Let Wrex live in ME1 but sabotage the cure in ME3, then kill him in the docks.
Betray Parasini twice.
Let Conrad Verner survive to ME3, then let him die taking a bullet for you.
Let the rachni queen live in ME1, then abandon her in ME3.
Let Kirrahe live in ME1, but is killed by Kai Leng.
Let Council die for the lulz.
Betray Samara and recruit Morinth.
Destroy Keiji's greybox.
Save genophage cure. Eve survives procedure but dies in Kelphic valley from bomb.
In suicide mission, only Morinth, Tali and Kasumi lives.
Kill Padok Wiks.
Kill Virmire survivor.
Side with geth, quarians die. Tali kills herself. Evil geth takes over.
This leaves James, Liara and EDI for the final mission.
Take James and Liara. With low EMS they are killed by Harbinger.
Destroy ending, EDI dies.

Final result:
All squadmates dead except Kasumi (stranded in Sol system)
Quarians, Rachni, geth and Krogan extinct.
Earth in ruins. Galactic community in shambles.

Killing Mordin is the worst thing any shep can do.  I felt like a terrible person just watching that scene on youtube.  You may have to do some charity work IRL to balance out your *******-ry in the game.

ME3 Padok Wiks > ME3 Mordin.

ME2 Mordin > any other squadmate in the trilogy.

What do you mean by "betray" Parsini in ME1?

 

You can betray her in ME1 by outing her as Internal Affairs to Anoleis but then Anoleis will kill her.

 

You can decide to not convince Lorik Quin to testify, which I guess can be considered betraying her, but i do not consider that as an outright betrayal, considering as you can tell her 'no promises' (I think) or just outright refuse her offer. Besides, why should you do her job for her? 

 

Betraying her in ME2 will earn you a discount, but sadly it does not stack with the charm/intimidate discount.

Have Toombs kill the doctor then shoot himself.

 

Also, for "prolonged agony" I would have Miranda survive the SM, but not give her the Alliance resources she needs. Let Kai Lame kill her.

 

Also, kill Chorban and have Jaleed arrested.

As much as I like Mordin (and not to derail the thread), I would rather have a dead Mordin than a unstoppable rampaging Krogan army running amok in a Reaper-free galaxy. I don't care if both Wrex and Eve/Bakara are alive, they are still Krogan and will not be alive forever.

I think keeping Wrex alive only to kill him in 3 would be awesome.  I would do that with keeping mordin alive to kill him in 3.  I think you should prolong a death to as long as possible instead of killing right away.

You could give her the resources and have her father kill her. She will die within a few seconds. This depends on what dialogue you choose.

A party without Garrus, Wrex, Tali, Zaeed, Grunt, Jack, Miranda, Samara, the VS, and Kasumi just isn't a party.

Who says you even have to be a cackling psychopath? One of my Shepards based on Jayne Cobb doomed the galaxy without malicious intent.

- Sat out Liara and Javik's argument

- Miranda dies on Horizon
- Kelly dies on the Citadel
- TIM shoots Anderson
- Brat presents low-EMS Destroy as only option; in a moment of rash anger, shoots the brat and dooms the entire cycle

Just a note: you can't do BOTH of these things as written.  If you cure the genophage, Wrex is cool with you.  If you sabotage it, you will have to put him down on the Citadel.

 

You CAN sabotage the cure even if Eve lives (this will mean that the Salarian Scientist will need to be silenced) and still have her die in the Kelphic Valley by just ignoring the Bomb Mission after rescuing Lieutenant Victus.

My bad... I meant save the data during Mordin's loyalty mission. Then  sabotage the real cure in ME3.
