I'd say Legend of the Titanic is worse. The iceberg that sunk the Titanic was thrown by a giant talking octopus that was tricked into doing this by an underwater gang of criminal sharks who were under orders from an evil whaler (and you know he's evil because he wears an eyepatch), who in turn did this because his overly complex wedding schemes didn't work out.

And there's dolphins that can talk to people with the power of magic moonbeams.

Yeah. But I try to repress that movie and the its sequels existence.

Like, no one needs to know about The Legend of the Titanics Sequel.

Tentacolino, where all your favorite characters go to Atlantis.

Up is one of Pixars best though. It and Toy Story 3 was the last of it though. Cars was just an early warning sign of things to come.

Then for Dreamworks, Antz, Joesph and the Coat of dreams (Or whatever it's called), Shark Tale, and Shrek 3 & 4 is their worst. Honestly Dreamworks puts out good stuff.

I can't say that about Blue Sky Studios though. They just put out crap.

Does Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within count as animated?  Was absolutely terrible.

Final Fantasy: Spirits Within -- Square's dedication for wanting to cut about as much gameplay out of their Final Fantasy titles as possible to make CGI-animated-flicks is noted but when they choose to actually make a film based on their popular franchise. It becomes absolute tripe sandwiches, and it's a shame too. Spirits Within had gorgeous, and I mean gorgeous, CGI visual effects and the overall animation is stunning as heck, plus it's got an otherwise interesting cast which ultimately couldn't save it from its shallow execution. It's a reminder of Square's greatest failure as a company though, because even though it might look pretty, it's ugly on the inside and leaks with an awkwardly written story and dialogue. It's about as Final Fantasy related as Ridley Scott's Alien, because it feels more or less like every classic sci-fi film mashed together into a big pile of mess.

Aside from Spirits Within there are a few others, like the Star Wars animated film Clone Wars, or the direct sequels to classic Disney films, with the exception of Return of Jafar -- THat one was actually pretty enjoyable.

I was in a focus group for the Spirits Within as they were looking for young kids that had actually played Final Fantasy.

I was like, there's no Final Fantasy in this movie, I'm pretty sure I said it also looked corny. Everyone else was pretty ecstatic though because it was kind of a fanboy ZOMG FINAL FANTASY sort of thing.

It just felt like they transformed the chaos and intrigue of Final Fantasy into a very tame and steady Hollywood movie.

The other day though, I was thinking it's entirely possible it's slightly underrated at this point, I don't remember hating it exactly, it just wasn't nearly as fun as Final Fantasy.

Titanic: It's Party Time

....... o_o ....... Yeah, I can't unsee that one.

Secret of Nimh 2 - Seriously, why does this film exist?

Considering how much I looooved the first, glad I missed this.

As far as my own choices: Fully animated, I'd say Wizards. Back when I was -7 years old. Some of the animations are neat, but the story is a true and absolute mess. Kill it with Fireballs.

Partially Animated... [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q32xMkroUwE]Cool World. The only benefit to that movie is Brad Pitt. The rest of it tries to hard to be gritty and dark, and ends up coming off as tasteless.

Wizards counts as animated?

Baskshi is a Rotoscoping hack.

And his LOTR adaptation isn't that good either.

Truly a great and terrible Balrog.

That Bakshi LOTR film reminds me of another really old one, Alakazam the Great.  You'll get a 10,000 EXP bonus if you can survive that one.  The story is based on a cool legend about a monkey wizard/prince.  The animation itself was supposedly on par with Disney's Fantasia, but the dialog is bizzare and the soundtrack will destroy your eardrums.

I've saw this movie in a flight and the plane going down would be better than this thing.

In order to be the worst, it has to actively make me hate it. The best way to do that is to force me to pay attention, and then punish me for doing so with inanity and general suckiness.

So, Evangelion 3.33.

By far The Legend of the Titanic is truly the worst animated film in history of all animated films!
A Octopus with a cutie-patootie face? (PATOOEY!!!!)
Almost every single animated film was ripped off on this film from An American Tail to 101 Dalmatians?
Three "Mexican Mice" that looked rejects from a Speedy Gonzalez cartoon?
And that Rapping Dog in 1912 England?!? WTF???????
