I believe i said that right by that i mean , well i guess i'll just show you :)

  • Duel Wielding Dagger Rogue
  • Archer Rogue
  • Main Weapons Rogue
  • Shield And Sword
  • Two Handed
  • Archer Warrior (if someone says this one i'll be surprised lol)
  • Duel Wielding Warrior
  • Arcane Warrior
  • Blood Mage
  • Nuker (Mage)
  • Shapeshifter (Blah ...)

Thats as much as i can name at the moment maybe thats all of them maybe im missing some?. Through out my time with this game i've grown to love.

Shield and Sword
Pure utter defence has always been my fancy , as much as i wanted to pick the other defensive spec (Templar) i just had no reason to use it due to Alistair so i was more offensive Champion/Berserker.

Two Handed
I was surprised by how powerful this was , this was the first class i used that i barly had to lower the difficulty during a playthrough i battled and beat Gaxkang and the High Dragon through Nightmare it was crazy the numbers this class can pull.

Duel Wielding Builds
the last ones are all of the Duel Wielding builds if i want power with main hands i go Duel Wielding Warrior , if i want fast DPS i go Duel Wielding Daggers Rogue. Nothing makes you feel like a badass then having a weapon in each hand. ;)

Those were my top 3 builds , and from the looks of it i love Warriors and Rogues lol whats your top 3?

Dual Wield/Archer Hybrid (emphasis on hard hitting + speed)

Arcane Warrior/Bloodmage (maxed lightning spells for that Sith vibe + the healing/rejuvenation branch, because I can)

Arcane Warrior/Spirit Healer (split healing/primal spells + the death nova and mass paralysis branches for fun)

Sword-and-Board Warrior, Templar/Champion Moira Cousland got to have all the fun, holding aggro and bashing stuff with her shield, since her Alistair was a dual wield DPS-machine. (They were a very sexy pair o' Wardens.)

Super-Stealthy Ranger Archer Rogue Laerwen Mahariel was primarily an archer, though she could handle a pair of blades just as well. Archer characters are something I really enjoy playing - I think I've made at least one in every cRPG I've played - and playing a Dalish who I could imagine practically being born with a bow in her hands was very satisfying. Also, lots and lots of traps. And dat summoned bear!

Sneaky Witch Thief, Spirit Healer/Blood Mage Oh my! Esme Amell, my silliest playthrough and way more entertaining than it should have been. Lightning and ice and walking bomb and stealing Alistair's blood and picking every pocket in Ferelden. Good times...  <3

I'm surprised you can pry Esme and Alistair apart for long enough to get any work done. :D

Arcane Warrior/Blood Mage "Controller" (staff focus, paralyze, spirit, fire, blood magic, emergency healing, the basic idea was to stop the enemy from moving and then wipe them out with AoE magic)

STR based Duelist/Assassin (2x Imperial Edge or Saw Swords, Evon the Great's Mail + Wades's Superior Dragonscale Boots/Gloves + dragonbone Executioner helmet, assassin focus, dodge bonus, auto-backstab vs. stunned, poison mastery... this class is fun because it's unconventional yet very effective, and the Warden looks very intimidating with this armor and weapon set...)

Never really liked warrior in DA:O...

Dual Wield rogue would be my most played, I think. I also liked Two Handed warrior, but it was hard to justify with Sten and Oghren already filling that niche. I found Dual Wield warrior fun, but it was a far from optimal way to spec. Also quite liked Nuker Mage for a change from melee (dat Mana Clash). Found Sword & Board and Archer pretty boring. Didn't really try the others.

I was basically all about dual-wield, and in the warrior class it was lots of fun. Since I took Alistair everywhere, I didn't really care to have another shield in the party, and the two-handers did their jobs well. Overall, I'd say the STR-based, dual-wield rogue with a longsword and dagger is my favorite all around, since I had the warrior's armor (always wore the Warden-Commander armor from Soldier's Peak) but had the extra moves exclusive to the rogue class, along with the ability to detect traps rather than relying on Leliana or Zevran all the time.

My top 5:

Dual Wielding Rogue (Cunning based, Bard - Assassin - Shadow): For having a sky high single target DPS, in addition to having the general utility of a rogue.

Destructionist Mage (Blood Mage - Battle mage - Keeper): For being the wholesale mass murderer that they can be; also for being highly effective in soloing

Dual Wielding Warrior (Berserker - Champion - Spirit Warrior): For having the best AoE DPS among non-mages, in addition to being an equally effective chainsaw akin to the rogue.

Warrior Archer (Berserker - Champion - Spirit Warrior): For having the ability to become a Spirit Warrior in Awakening, enough said.

Two Handed Warrior (Berserker - Champion - Spirit Warrior): For being the best defender plus scrapper.

I liked the Templar/Champion combo (I always specced Alistair in this) and Spirit Healers (my mages) best.

If I was a warrior I was usually sword and board.  My rogues were dual wield rangers.

My favourites were surely Dual wielding warrior, weapon and shield warrior and arcane warrior.

Dual wielding warrior for the sheer damage in itself. In Awakening, an level 35 DW warrior is almost unstopable.

Weapon and shield warrior mostly because it's an classic fighting style in fantasy games, so it hold an special spot for me.

And arcane warriors because... well, mages fighting in heavy armor? It doesn't get cooler then that.

Wynne finds it useful to 'accidentally' cast some good ol' Shockwave on the lovebirds when they get *cough cough* distracted.
