Duran Aeducan - Hardended Alistair rules jointly with Anora, Loghain become a Grey Warden, the Warden remains with the order to help rebuild. (This is my canon world state)

Welkin Amell - Anora rules alone, Loghain is dead, Alistair remain a Grey Warden and the Warden choose a title and riches and become the Teryn of Gwaren.

Darrian Tabris - Anora rules alone, Loghain become a Grey Warden, Alistair is executed and the Warden becomes Ferelden's first elven Bann.

The only playthrough I've ever finished had Anora ruling alone, and my Warden traveling with Leliana up until Awakening.

 

There's a playthrough that I started and never got too far with, but I'm planning on putting into the Keep regardless; where I plan to have a hardened Alistair rule jointly with a female Cousland.

One thing I noticed across all playthroughs is that Fereldan will likely have another succession crisis in the future regardless of what you do.

Anora is implied to not be able to have children. Wardens rarely have them. No chance of two wardens having a child by all accounts. Amusingly a male Warden having a child with Morrigan may present a possible candidate but that's a very unlikely scenario.

David Gaider said some time ago that Alistair has no children, unless he fathered the OGB. So you're completely righr about the succession crisis.

Perhaps that will be the subject of a future game. It's not really possible to give Ferelden a stable, long-term solution.

It's okay, I think -- it'll probably need a check-up at Highever dry cleaners, a little bit of wax wouldn't hurt. Otherwise I'd say the throne's current state is acceptable

I think that most of them have Alistar marrying Anora and then I kill Logain so she will marry him. I think one play through somewhere I had him kill Loghain and then kill Anora for the fun of it.

I always either have Hardened Alistair rule jointly with Anora, or my Cousland Warden marrying Anora to become King/Prince-Consort with Alistair either being banished or executed since the epilogue slides seem to indicate those outcomes are the best possible for Fereldan. I'm very interested to see how we can affect the Throne is Orlais as well since I could see the Inquisitor backing Celise, Gaspard, or even him/herself to get the throne since the human warrior/rogue will be of noble origin again, granted he will be from the Free Marches.

I have saves with nearly every ending but the four I plan to import would be

My main one (Faren Brosca) is Anora married to a hardened and bitter Alistair since loghain made the ultimate sacrifice.

My second import (Alim Surana) is Anora alone, unhardened Alistair warden

My third (Aedan Cousland ) is king Cousland and Anora, Alistair a drunk.

And my fourth (Duran Aeducan) is unhardened Alistair rules alone

I made Alistair king and Anora married to him for my main, executed Loghain.

 

Side notes: My Dwarf warden is made King after Harrowmont and DA2 made female Hawke the viscount of Kirkwall (Wanted to make all my characters rulers )

2. Jessica Amell - (Hardened) Alistair and Anora rule jointly; Jessica asked for mage freedom and leaves Ferelden with Zevran.

In my mage playthrough Cybele Amell put an unhardened Alistair on the throne alone and did the Ultimate Sacrifice herself.

 

In my city elf warrior playthrough Elinar Tabris put a hardened Alistair on the throne married to Anora, had him do the Dark Ritual, and rebuilt the Wardens with Zevran.

 

In my first rogue playthrough, Aislinn Cousland intended to rule by unhardened Alistair's side but could not force him to do the Dark Ritual, so he did the Ultimate Sacrifice putting Anora back on the throne. Aislinn then conceived a, erm, "politically expedient" desire to travel the world and disappeared from Ferelden.

 

In my second rogue playthrough Jennet Cousland succeeded on putting hardened Alistair on the throne with herself as Queen after getting him to do the Dark Ritual.

Gail Mahariel: Alistiar and Anora rule together:  Gail romanced Zevran. She tried to get land for her people.

I'm also planning a Surana who will make the ultimate sacrifice herself.  I'm not sure who I'll choose to lead though.

..as best as I can remember, anyway. I replayed some endings a few times, but I'll take something like that into the Keep.

It's Alistair all the way (I don't trust Anora...and I wouldn't want to inflict her on Alistair either (after all: she didn't fight her father - and she could have...and I can't trust she wouldn't just have him killed to rule alone...))

 

My Wardens sadly can't be the Queen (while I play female characters, I mostly play mages)
