This thread can't possibly do anything to make the sad state of GI Pug players worse. They already spend 3/4 of the waves eating dirt after killing 1 guy and losing cloak in a mob of mooks.
I don't think there is a better class that more frequently is played so badly. Maybe the TGI. I did see one on yesterday who was spamming an Acolyte against reapers.

Because it is only powerful if you can actually aim and kill things fast with weapons, otherwise it is just an extremely squishy kit with no EZ mode lock on/hitscan powers to spam. I never see it either, and when I do, it has a shotgun and goes down 8 times per wave.

That's because bad players can't see his potential, and good players consider him OP. So hardly anyone actually plays him.

I only go down 7 times per wave with the GI so guess that wasn't me

Well, Cerberus engineers need support and they are the devil. I refuse to give them what they want and thus I withhold all support.
GI is a Heavy Fire support class for himself, with at least 3 decoys.

What's so bad about support, anyway? I love it when teammates debuff bosses and work together on melting face. I love it when I get a proper shield boost when on the verge of death by an Atlas rocket DOT. I love throwing out healing turrets whenever I hear teammates moaning. I love missiling sync kills and I love when teammates missile sync kills. My combat drone is support and I love that thing. The game is more fun to me when everyone works together rather than having edong sword fights.
I ran into you once.. you had a Raider Batsol with incendiary cheese. Talk about edong sword fighting.

I just see Pearl's name. Underneath that is Decoy 1, Decoy 2, and Decoy 3.
Not much "supporting" you can do. Pets are pretty stupid anyway. Always running out in the open and trying to give hugs.
