I don't understand your question. If you haven't added anything to the inventory the labels won't be there. The screenshot you've provided is from the wiki, what does your screenshot look like?

I can honestly say that I don't know what would cause that. But there are a few things that I think that you should check.....
I notice that the remove & remove all buttons seem to be active. Try to add more to the inventory. Does the Add button appear? Can you add? Does adding the item cause the labels to reappear?
I'll try to look at the toolset when I get home - 10 hours from now - and see if I can think of anything that would cause what you're seeing. 
Could it be that he's equipped with clothing from Awakening, and that asset can't be accessed by your toolset? As in... can't remove the clothes because as far as the toolset is concerned, they don't exist? (Also, I notice from your 'cap you are working in Single Player... I really really really recommend that you instead create a new module. A toolset mishap involving Single Player can break the game. /unsolicited-but-IMO-good advices)
well everything is fine in toolset i see a add button too and can add item but i don't see them on the list of character inventory becouse labels are moved somewhere well how to reset it or repair i've just accidentally pulled the labels to the right site and now everything vanished
Everything is not fine in the toolset or you would be able to see the labels and the inventory
I suggest strongly that you do what Sky advises and create a new module.
After you've created the module, I suggest finding an NPC that has original DAO equipment to use for testing. Is that inventory screen 'normal'? Probably not, but you have to start eliminating possible causes. After you have done this, the only option that I see is to look at tools/options and see if there is anything there that might help you. I did do a 'brief look' and didn't see anything that seemed to apply to your problem, but I'm not a toolset guru
I agree with TSM... create a new module, not the single player module... That could be all this is, toolset not connecting to the database properly..
never mind please close thread 
problem solved i've just uinstall toolset but keep data base files and now i've got new module and modding game
