Lets hear them. All the potential plot twist this game could give us that would be "What the Hell? That's stupid!"
The Inquisitor is the main Villain. They just got Amnesia from the Explosion.
I think that, when it would become clear that the presence of the inquisition prolonged the war that is going on, I would think something like you said OP ![]()
I would really enjoy that, actually.

Spoiler
Something that I would find stupid and game breaking would be if someone was cooking and mixed the ingredients wrong, which caused the veil to tear and the demons to pour out. It would be just too close to a real life experience that I had while cooking and would ruin the game for me (Don't keep the chili you are cooking if you accidentally cut yourself and some of your blood drips into it, this can summon a demon).
In all seriousness, I think I be fine with anything as long as it doesn't include amnesia or our character having a hidden agenda that us, the player, doesn't know about.
You finish the game only to find out that *insert dramatic music here* the Inquisitor was dead the whole time!!!!! (where is my M. Night Shymalan 'what a twist!' gif when I need it lol)
I would really enjoy that, actually.
Well..now that I think about it a bit more...it may sound cool Like near the end of the Game it all comes back to the Inquisitor and has a moral dilemma of finishing your plans of doing the Evil thing or your experience with your companions and going through what you just did changes your mind.
The use of magic drains out the fade like in the movie cocoon. That's why the city is black. The game is a lesson in sustainable development.
Also Flemeth is an old god/andraste/the maker/morrigan/anybody who isn't Flemeth.
The Inquisitor is a Cylon.
The OP was asking for worst plot twists, not greatest.
Cam't really think of one,...but hmm.
The Elder one is infact a very pleasent creature who is trying to set things right.
Nope to typically.
The Inquisitor is actually Flemeth in another form who unveils herself to also be the Old God Baby.
Sound like an M. Night Shyamalan's movie.
What a twist.
- The player character is actually a spirit/demon.
We are possessed by Justice/Vengeance.
