Betrayal of your Quizzy can actually come from one of three different sources: Cullen if you import a world state with a female mage Warden (he's still obsessed with her you see and especially if you romance him, he can be gotten to through these feelings by whomever it is that convinces Cullen to betray you), Leliana if she was romanced by the Warden (same deal; he feelings weaken her and can be played upon) and if neither of these conditions are met, then it's whoever is standing in Judas's place and they do it for 30 vials of lyrium.

The vile turns out to be man made and the Inquizzy is not a mortal but a fragment of the fade it self and transformed into a human-insert race- form that is why he/she can repair the the fade tares in the sky because he is part of it

That went over so well the last time...
The person in the Judas position was Solas if I recall correctly, and Cole was between Varic and Solas on the left side.
Thank you, I'm a bit rusty
Solas would have been my second guess if we do end up with a traitor due to his suspicious knowledge of the Fade.

As you're riding along with your party you come around the corner of a ridge and see the head of a giant statue. It will be iconically recognizable to the player, and it seems to jar the Inquisitor's memory. He/She falls off their horse and to their knees and screams, "Damn you! How could you? You had to destroy it all!"
Yes, it seems that the Inquisitor is actually a time traveler from Thedas' past whose shot into the future is what tore the Fade, and we all find out that Thedas is really a post-Apocalyptic Earth.

Bioware shifts away from the primary threat being the Darkspawn and shifts it to an previously incompetent human organization that now some how is the center of villainy just like they pulled with the Reapers and Cerberus. Instead of a final conflict you get to meet a ghost child that has all the answers and he let's you pick which color the ending fireworks will be.

The problem being is that the darkspawn were only the primary threat in Origins.

The inquisitor is actually the warden who has lost his memory. And no one knows this but morrigan. You're a spy planted willingly there for her, you knew you'd lose your memory but did it anyway.
Wait... screw worst scenario, I WANT to see this!

I look forward to the story of how my dead elf warrior became a qunari mage between games

The Inquisitor travels to the Black City. There they meet the Maker, who has taken the form of a child the Inquisitor saw die at the beginning and has haunted the Inquisitors dreams since the beginning of the game. The Maker then offers the Inquisitor three options:
1. Destroy the fade and all the demons and spirits within, but at the cost of turning all mages tranquil.
2. Become the new Maker and assume control over the fade and all the spirits and demons within
3. Merge the Fade and Thedas completely, making everyone on Thedas a mage and giving the spirits and demons the mortal life and understanding they desire.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Or the Inquisitor has amnesia and was working for the "big bad" or was the "big bad" all along.

Seriously:
I find all the "Mass Effect 3 Ending in Dragon Age: Inqusition" Parody variations much better and more ligcal as well as rewarding than the original Ending in Mass Effect 3. It is hilarious - if DA:I would have been there before Mass Effect and had these 3 Choices I would've said it's a great Ending.
I like this Parody especially, since the Maker would probably have the actual Power to do these Things.

Someone's still mad over the ME3 ending...
Leilana's head gets cut off, but she appears in the end credits scene, because a mabari licked her better.

Solas is the inquisitor's father, you have to send him to the past to meet your mother and protect her from a demon-terminator thingy.
Flemeth is old Morrigan. She will travel back in time through a special Eluvian, to prevent the destruction of Thedas, which will happen, if you fail at the end of Inquisition.

Flemeth was there at the beginning of it all when the magisters did their ritual to go to the Maker's Golden City, and all she had to do to stop it was kill the Magisters. Instead, she pled with them to stop, and they didn't listen. Now it falls to you to journey to where the magisters did the original ritual with your fellowship and the glowy hand will eventually kill you, but the game will allow you to instead have a euphemism for death where you will board a ship with Flemeth and sail away into the East (or West) instead.

- Anders completely possessed by Justice/Vengeance is the main villain of the game. This happens regardless of friendship/rivalry, if you romanced him, or if you killed him in the previous game, Vengeance takes over him and goes insane, causing the Veil rips in the name of mage freedom. If your Hawke romanced him, then you are forced to cut them down as well
- The Inquisitor is the Old God Baby, even if it doesn't make any sense if the Inquisitor is anything but a male human. (Correct me if I'm wrong but I recall the OGB being referred to as male)
- Everything that the Chantry says turns out to be true. :|
- Morrigan was Flemeth all along, even back in DA:O.
- Your Warden or Hawke are either the main villain(s) or are revealed to have died between games (except of course if your Warden died at the end of DA:O).
- The ending is inconclusive and only properly explained in the intro movie to DAIV. Instead, that game takes place 17 years later and you play a fixed character: the OGB. And they turn out to be totally unlikable. This game also features the offspring or proteges of previous characters, and they too are unlikable.
- The entire game (along with the previous two games) was all in Shepard's head as they are being rebuilt by Cerberus.
- Dog is the one who betrays you.
