Same with me! Solas is easily my favorite DAI character so far but he and some comments about him definitely set off a few alarm bells
Basically I wouldn't be incredibly surprised if he betrayed the Inquisition in some way.
Such as...?

Vivienne, possibly.
Trust! Ha! they should be more worried about trusting me.
Otherwise my all consuming paranoia will keep me safe.
i still got suspicions on dorian's mustache. i'll be keeping an eye on it a lot.
but i defiantly think it depends on the choices you make. i think all the companions would have their own reasons based off their believes and experiences to betray if it goes that far. if you go too far for them. altho i think they'd walk out first maybe.
i could see leliana betraying for the sake of something good. and she could probally be more brutal about it now that is has darkened a bit. i cannot see josephine really betraying. walking away probably if you are not very diplomatic and prefer to use violence and force. possibly speaking out against you. cullen i see him having disagreements in some things, but so far i feel like he really wouldn't betray. only because he seems to have softened up on his views and become more open minded. but he is still a general.
Morrigan. eh. its defiantly an obvious possibility. but me personally I'm at least hoping Morrigan isn't totally evil or something. Flemeth i could see doing some betraying much more. altho Flemeth isn't even a friend to begin with so. Morrigan isn't either but she is with us at some point it seems like so.
but as far as like a unsuspecting betrayal out of no where? i guess i'll have to see.
If any of the characters i have a bad feeling about Vivinne or Solas
I have a bad feeling about Vivienne and Leliana, and no not because they’re French Orlesian, they both have gotten pretty far in the wide and deadly world of Medieval politics and that requires separating more than a few vertebrate and maybe even smothering a few infants. Also Vivienne's hat is whispering behind my back when it think I can’t hear it, BUT I CAN! In all seriousness if there is an unavoidable betrayal and it doesn’t involve, Lady Hattington and or The Other-Schizophrenic, trying to kill me stuff me into a fridge and leave a note to “Check the Fridge” for the rest of the party (or something to that effect) I be moderately surprised.
Morrigan but that's not so much bad as "seems like part of her character and I like her that way".
I don't think any of your companions will 'betray' you though. They may turn against you if you do enough to provoke them but none of them will secretly plot behind your back. THey'll all be upfront when they're warning you that they can't let you do whatever you're doing to ****** them off.
I have the worst suspicions about Vivienne. I don't expect us to get along at all, but I still feel compelled to recruit her, if only for "gotta catch 'em all" value. Her various values, like fashion over function or her Circle-based political power, are diametric opposites to my own, and I wouldn't be surprised if she turned on me if I didn't twist things to her own ends.

ive said this many times over, but the original pokemon turned a generation of kids into hoarders
Vivienne, pretty obvious. I simply can't trust her...
But I have this odd feeling that everyone can betray you (paranoia, paranoia) if some circumstances are met. We have a mercenary (takes any work for money) still loyal to the qun, a rogue that works for some mysterious organization,... and Morrigan, but if she betrays us it's coz she knos how to fix this mess... or maybe she lost it and wants to "kill 'em all".

I can't see any of the advisors turning on the inquisition, at least not up until very, very late in the game... for the reason that they are in charge of important plot devices aka the agents and the different keeps (if I remember correctly?)
Regarding companions, I'm pretty sure Vivienne and the Inquisitor might clash at some point, as said by others before, they put an awful lot of emphasis on her ambitions and "true agenda"... tho I definitely gonna pick up all of the companions, not gonna miss out on a part of the story just because they might clash with me at some point
Cole and Dorian seem harmless to me, as do Varric and Cassandra, the latter apparently just being concerned about the Inquisition being a success. Though that makes me wonder how badly we can **** it all up in a sense...
After the fade tears are dealt with, I can actually see Leliana, Cassandra, Cullen, and Vivienne dissolving the Inquisition (violently or otherwise) in favour of returning to the Chantry/Circle.
I also think that Dorian may have a villain arc (maybe realizing that railing against the Tevinter Imperium is futile, changes his mind, or maybe he's lying about wanting to better things there).
Iron Bull. I don't think he'd ever really make a move against us, but every report sent to the Qunari is a betrayal on its own.

Considering PW says that IB admits he'll besending reports before you recruit him, it's not a betrayal.

Is it really, though? Since he openly tells you that's what he's doing and you have a choice whether to hire him or not at that point? ![]()
Cole. Can't trust a demon! Listen to what Anders said!

Interesting. That's not going to end well for him if that's the case.
Surprised some people are saying Blackwall. We don't know much about him, but being a Grey Warden tends to put him in my trustworthy books.
Cole and Vivienne are my prime suspects. Vivienne for obvious reasons, Cole because I have no pity for his "I killed them because they wanted me to!" act. That and being a demon/spirit/whatever and my deep-seated dislike of Anders makes me think I'll probably be trolling him into betraying me in the first place lol. So that may be my own fault. >_> Totally worth it.
all of the companions and advisors have something untrustworthy about them, My Inquisitor may be a little bit paranoid.

Well, we'll be the leaders of a nascent international, martial, political organization created in defiance to the world's greatest powers.
If we aren't paranoid, we're not right for the job.

Everyone's probably going to betray me because I made some stupid decision.
Hmmm....the ones that worry me are the ones that always seem to be looking for a nice place to stick a dagger in my back....other than any of those......
Honestly I think it will depend on what stances and chocies you make. For example if you start killing elevs left and right for no reason Sera might have issues with that. If you do everything to "bring down the man" Cass, Leliana and Viv might have issues with that. If you start killing innocent people for no reason, Varric might have issues, etc. The bottom line is that YOU will make your own enemies by what you do or don't do.
