Any particular characters you have a 'bad' feeling about (in the betrayal sense?

I wouldn't trust Iron Bull, Leliana or Cullen.

I don't think any of my Inquisitors will ever trust Morrigan. Even my Warden who ended up being "like a sister" to her, doesn't trust her.

From the little I know of the companions/advisers, Viviene is the only one that comes off as untrustworthy (probably cos they're focusing entirely on her secret ambition in their marketing).

From a role playing aspect tho, my Dalish Inquisitor probably won't trust anyone, other than maybe Solas, from the start. Which makes me hope everyone's theories about him being a traitor are nonsense, cos apparently I'm screwed if that's the case.

I think it depends on how you play. If you play it more like a politician only careering about what your constituents and yourself gain, you will likely get on Sera's nerves.

If you are directly causing suffering to the defenseless, then Varric will likely not want any part of you.

This two are the most likely to betray those type of Inquisitors in my opinion.

Maybe I'm in the minority here, still I like when companions have goals of their own and are willing to fight the protagonist to further their cause; that said I think whom you should or shouldn't trust as the inquisitor will depend heavily on what kind of character your inquisitor will be and which factions he or she is going to support.

Thus, since my first playthrough is going to be with a dead man pro mage freedom mage idealist whot is against the Chantry having any kind of secular power, I have a feeling Leliana, Cullen and Cassandra might turn against him; even though amongst them Leliana is the one most likely to backstab (back-arrow?) the protagonist. As for the others: Iron Bull is still working for the Qun, so you do not have his loyalty, I have a feeling Morrigan is becoming more and more like her 'mother dearest', Sera and Cole might be willing to support you as long as you aren't authoritarian, Vivienne has her own agenda that includes Circles, Solas seems to me a loner that values knowledge above all else, Dorian has his own goal and as long as you don't try to raze Tevinter to the ground or empower corrupt magisters might not have a problem with you, Blackwell is a gray warden so the end for him might more often than not justify the means thus creating an ambivalent attitude, Varric is too well liked by the majority of fans so the writers will most likely not "ruin" his character with actual opinions of his own a betrayal.

Still of one thing I'm fairly sure: if a companion is going to 'betray' the Inquisitor he or she is going to do it after the Veil tears have been repaired since I don't see anyone of them benefitting from the Fade bleeding in Thedas.

If i'm honest none of the companions seem that trustworthy apart from Blackwall and Cole. If cole did anything that would be considered betrayal im sure it won't be without good reason.
