Well, these are the only ones I can think of at the moment...

DAO:

- Alistair never hardened, remains Grey Warden

- Alistair or Warden do Dark ritual with Morrigan

- Loghain dies/Anora is Queen

- Harrowmont is always supported

- Branka dies/Anvil is destroyed

DA2:

- Friendmance Varric

- Side with mages

- Carver becomes Grey Warden

- Varric is never allowed to keep the Idol, ever.

- Bartrand lives

well, its hard to say for sure, cause i have 3 main cannons from origins (mage, warrior, and rogue), and those 3 carry over to the same classes in da2.

if i had to say though the similarities over my playthroughs are:

DaO:

Allistair and anora marry

Urn untouched

Bhelen king of orzammar

Da2:

All my hawke's play the fence until the final choice (meaning i dont just support mages or templars, but both)

Anders dies

Merrill is always my male hawke's romance

As for what im not going to move on in inquisition...

I will not allow cassandra or varric to die or to leave

Idk, I've just never seen anyone or talked to anyone who let him live. I figure it would be like Loghain. I know its people like myself that just can't even entertain the thought of letting him live. However I've seen threads where people have romanced him, made him a Warden, not to mention the numerous threads about whether he was justified or not in the things he did.

Never seen anyone defending what Anders did of saying they let him live.

I literally killed him once and reloaded immediately. Other then that I always spare him and I do support his actions. At least in the way it's presented to Hawke. See? There's at least one person that lets him live. I've seen others but still...

I myself try not voice my opinion too much as it leads to people calling him a terrorist or me a terrible person or such crap like that. It's just easier.

I always kill Branka and always put Bhelen in charge. The dwarves deserve the best possible future.

I'll never kill Anders.

I'll always make Zathrian lift the curse.

I'll never kill anything that isn't trying to kill me.

I'll always avoid spiders whenever I can.

I always have Zathrian lift the curse. That's about it for DAO, I think. Everything else I tried at least *once*. Oh, and the only time I didn't recruit all characters was my very first playthrough. Killed Zevran and didn't have the Shale DLC installed. But other than that, I always recruit everyone.

In DA2, I never let Carver die in the Deep Roads.

The only one I can think of is having all my characters kill Anders.

Other than that I think I only have things I prefer to do, like having Anora as Queen, Leliana hardened, the Curse lifted etc. However, with those I have one or two playthroughs where I've done it differently, to see how things would turn out.

I never will have a Warden who stabs Morrigan. I really cannot come up with any reason why any PC ever would do that, aside from perhaps an extreme magic-phobe (I have a hard time seeing such a Warden even doing Witch Hunt, however).

Aside from that, I've tried and will continue to try pretty much anything. I may be staunchly pro-mage and pro-elf as a player, but all my characters certainly aren't.

Something I almost always do for DA2 turn in the Starkhaven apostates (mostly cause it can actually make some damn since for when Grace wants me dead just easier that way for me so I don't face palm through playthroughs) I als have never sold Fenris or given Isabela away or rivaled Varric even when I try to go for aggressive Hawke. (also Carver is so far always a Warden)

The only outcome I never change would be... that Bethany aways lives in my non mage games. She either goes to the circle or join the wardens. So long as live I will never let her die at the deep roads or get killed by Meredith. The other one is that I never sacrificed the elves in the alienage too.

I did pretty much everything of something during all of my games. Almost nothing is too sacred for me.

In Origins I always save the Circle, save Redcliff, recruit all characters, have Zathrien lift the curse, romance Alistair and do the dark ritual. I never desecrate Andraste's ashes, side with Branka or work with the slaver in the alienage (though in my first playthrough my character let him go).

In DA2 I always join the smugglers, romance Fenris, rival Merrill, befriend Varric and Aveline, let Keran return to the Templars, kill Castillon and treat the thief from Inside Job with mercy. I am never diplomatic with slavers.

This but I ALWAYS kill the slaver. Harrowmont on the throne..Bhelen is an arse and I can never put him on the throne after playing noble dwarf origin.

I always kill Anders in DA2, side with Templars (except for once I sided with mages to see what happened, nothing),

Aside from my one anti-hero playthrough where I always choose the opposite of my first choices, I have several that I always do on subsequent playthroughs.

One thing I have never done is make my Warden the King/Queen.    That holds no interest for me at all personally, and also seems to go against the very idea behind the Grey Wardens as well.

There's a whole dungheap of terrible choices I can't bring myself to make, like killing companions- even Anders!- or characters like Ruck. Or siding with the Templars in either game.

But happily, I don't feel that way about importing states, so it was fun using the "ruthless dwarves" that Bioware offered. And I'll feel quite okay about setting a world state to be horrible in the Keep as long as I can have it the best way too.

Man I wonder if they kept stats on how many people let Anders live, nothing I've ever heard/read leads me to believe it was many people.

It's funny with these games; I've noticed that it's entirely possible to get the wrong impression of popularity or preferred choices just by the people that a player associates with or where they go online. Like I always thought that fShep was the most popular and so was playing a biotic. In part, from fan fiction and art and forum conversations. It's not until they bring the stats out that it really comes out.

Never killing off companions or important side chars like the Architect for the chance that they might return in the future

Never siding with Meredith in DA2, never accepting the offer of the Tevinter slaver in Denerim, never doing anything but having Anora rule alone.

I might try out different things in experimental or in as-evil-as-possible playthroughs but not for canon imports.

I only played through the series once, but based on that here're the choices I'd always make:

DAO: Save the Circle.

Shove Branka into a pit of lava (Shale is my bodyguard and Branka deserves to die in agony regardless for what she's done). Also, because that intimidation dialogue with Morrigan when you destroy the Anvil is satisfying and hilarious.

Make the deal with Connor's demon (Isolde is annoying and Connor is irrelevant when stacked up against the advantages of Blood Magic). Also, save Redcliffe village. I'm not letting any town burn if the mayor is Zaeed Massani.

Kill Zathrian. He's a massive jerk who put even my pragmatic PC to shame. And the werewolves and the Lady were honorable and cool. They get a pass. Also, convincing that one elf to apologize to you and give you a ring after you killed her whole tribe is the most outrageously satisfying and unexpected coercion outcome in the whole game. I love it.

Kill Kolgrim and his Dragon. As much as I dislike Andraste's religion, she was a badass. Kill Genitivi-- the last thing we need is hucksters like the guys selling pieces of the true cross. Idiot.

Save the elves from the slaver in the alienage.

Romance Morrigan. Leliana's accent would be grounds for divorce based on irreconcilable differences.

Save Zevran. Free Sten. Help Wynne. Recruit Loghain. Put Anora on the throne by herself. Marric's bloodline lost its strength when he died. Do the Dark Ritual.

Awakening: recruit everyone. Find the Black Fox (I didn't during my playthrough and I still feel like an ass for letting Tamra die. Wasn't expecting that). Side with the Architect. He's awesome. Burn Amaranthine, save my friends. No one in Amaranthine is worth saving anyway, and especially not more than my comrades in arms.

DA2: Mage sympathizer. Stab Anders in the back. Those are the only choices from DA2 I really care about. Well, and helping Merrill, because I dig Eluvians.

I always save the circle and never kill Anders. Alistair is always king alone and also Bhelen is always king.

My character is also always human mage.
