I never defile the Sacred Ashes. It just feels so wrong, even though I'm by no means a fan of the Chantry.

I accidentally had to kill Shale in my last play through.  I was at the anvil and sided with miss crazy dwarf this time and Shayle  (which is what her real name may be as it is what Caradin called her) attacked my group.  I felt rather bad.

Oof. I did that once. I progressed through a bit more of the game before I re-loaded. Couldn't do it :(

DAO:
I always side with the Mages.
I always choose Bhelen for Orzammar.
I always harden Leliana and Alistair.
I always troll every Chantry priest/priestess I came across.
I always pay the Idle Dwarf.
I always recruit Legion of the Dead for war effort.
I always spare Loghain so he could become a Grey Warden.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
I never defile the ashes, nor kill Brother Genetivi.
I never accept a blessing from any Chantry priest/priestess.
I never recruit Leliana on first sign. (the maker told me to...this is not a very sane presentation of yourself!)
I never leave Redcliffe Village to be destroyed.
I never kill Zevran after the first ambush.
I never side with the mad Hermit.
I never side with the Werewolves. (they either die or cured of lycanthropy)

I never made ultimate sacrifice.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DAII:
I always play sarcastic Hawke
I always BFF with Varric, Aveline
I always rivals with Merrill
-----------------------------------------
I never allow my sibling to die from the taint. (they are either become a Grey Warden or stay in Kirkwall)
I never allow Feynriel to get possessed.
I never gave Isabela to the Qunari.

Is only a few things that i always do:

side with the warewolves
side with the templars in DA2
kill the magistrates son
defend Merrill from her clan by killing all of them
sacrifice Feynriel to Torpor for the attribute or talent points
never defile the ashes since Wynne & Leliana are too useful to lose
always side with Bhelen over Harrowmont
side with the Architect
save Wardens Keep from the Mothers attack

other then those things, i usually like to change it up with the choices i make.

There's only a handful of things I won't do, since I can find a justification for most 'evil' choices (like the Anvil) on at least one playthrough. Although I do tend to cheat when siding with the templars in DAO so that I don't have to kill Wynne (simply don't use the Litany after agreeing to help).

-Agreeing to Vaughn's bribe and leaving Shianni with him

-Agreeing to sacrifice with city elves as Tabris (c'mon, your dear old dad's in there!)

-Killing Zevran, dog, or leaving Sten in his cage

-Picking Harrowmont as Brosca (I can't let Rica go back to being casteless, especially since Harrowmont's a conservative)

-Letting Bethany/Carver die in the Deep Roads (happened by accident once - never again)

-Selling Fenris out to Danarius

-Massacring the Dalish clan as Mahariel

-Letting the demon possess Feynriel or the little girl in Shale's dlc

-Loghain killing the Archdemon (not because of any moral quandry, but if I've gone through the emotional turmoil of recruiting him, I want him alive)

I will only have one world state anyways:

  • Human female mage (hopefully can have her romance Leliana in the keep).
  • Circle of Magi saved.
  • Bhelen (likely misspelled) king of Orzamar (again misspelled).
  • Werewolves dead.
  • Connor rescued with deal made with demon.
  • Dark ritual performed.
  • Saved vigil keep and side with Architect in awakening.
  • Female Rogue Hawke, unsure if romancing Isabella or Merrill (depends of if I can rival romance on the keep).
  • Kill Arishok and side with the Templars.

These are what I plan to do with the Keep, nothing more. Anything else is not happening.

I knew people didn't like Loghain or Anders, but never knew this many people didn't like Alistair.

I've spared Loghain twice, everyone other time he dies. Anders always lives unless I'm playing an anti-mage Hawke. Alistair is always King by himself unless I want a King Warden or Queen Warden.

I never abandon Redcliffe... well, except in my 10th and most recent run.

I also have never successfully gotten Anora and Alistair to marry, or married Anora as the Warden (largely because I've never played a male Cousland).

That's about it. I think I've made just about every possible choice in some playthrough.

-Letting the demon possess Feynriel or the little girl in Shale's dlc

A lot of people are probably going to think I'm a terrible person for saying this - but I always let the demon possess the girl.  Way I always interpreted that scene was that the demon was melding with the girl (similar to Anders/Justice) rather than completely overwriting her mind/soul/what have you.  You could argue that's not really any better, and I would get where you're coming from with that.

Always seemed though that the demon just wanted to experience the world of mortals, while the girl only wanted a friend.  In an odd way, letting them share a body fulfilled both of their wishes.  *shrug*  Tried killing the demon once, and wound up reloading because the decision didn't sit right with me.

That's just me though.  :)

I never slit Zevran's throat before he wakes up. Even if I intend on killing him/not recruiting him I'd at least try to get some information out first.

I always recruit Leliana and Sten. In my hundreds of hours of playtime, I've never missed them and I never intend to, and I never kill them or fall into negative approval.

I also always chose to fight the Arishok in single combat over "possession" of Isabela.
