I bought a new copy of DA:O with vouchers for the stone prisoner and blood dragon armor, also one of the items unlocked from Journeys, when i tried to download these, the download initiated but i got an error message saying the downloads all failed, now I can't try again because the system says my codes are no longer valid and the prompt to download the item from journeys isn't there my main concern is that i intend on getting mass effect 2 and I suspect the blood Dragon armor wont carry over because the download failed.
P.S. if a bioware employee reads this who can renew my codes I can show my code for confirmation

Haven't seen this before. Your best bet may be an email to care but check the in game download screen which may show purchased but not downloaded, the xbl dls for DA, or go into the profile management section to download history. If it's there it would let you do it again but in your case it never completed. Not sure what would cause this.
Are your email and GT linked? Have you ever checked EA.com to see if your GT shows as a persona? I couldn't add mine because it was linked to an old acct. and email. DA Care eventually got it all done but they had to add the free dlc manually. If you have to email them give as much info on old accts. GTag. codes for dlc etc as possible to avoid a long exchange. Hope something here helps.
