You can hide your missile launcher on maps without ladders by getting sync killed:

 

(you can also do this by getting husked by a husk or a-bomb but people don't need to know that)

If you've problems with Phantoms, equip a Venom. You'll never go back.

It's not only the one-shotting, also the ability to launch them straight up like little rockets.

If you revive someone while in cloak, you can squeeze off a power immediately after reviving them, without effecting the cooldown (I don't believe this receives the TC damage bonus, but I have no way to check for sure.)

Performing an over cover grab on a possessed abomination will actually net you two kills with most characters.

Uze sniper rifles on your vanguards to make up for your disadvantages at long range.

Portal team needs to spam grenades and supers as soon as they land then concentrate on Oracles. The Relic Holder must clean up adds and above all else MUST NOT DIE. You have to play perfectly for the full duration or you will screw everything up.

Be sure to revive your buddy just next to a pretorian/banshee/phantom

 

Bonus if after the melee animation...

 

 

You know that an ABomb is going to hug your teammate: quick drop that dark channel and run in the other direction... (bonus if your buddies are closer together)

Never use your good gear on Gold/Platinum, because you aren't likely to make it to extraction.  Throw on Explosive III and hope for the best.

 

Save your good gear (Incendiary III, Cyclonic III, Rail Amp III) for Bronze/Silver, where you are slightly more likely to extract and therefore not wasting it

If playing a Vanguard, remember that charging a Swarmer will still recharge your barriers just as much as charging a Brute, only without the sync kill afterwards.
