The first time around an area never. I'll be looking under every rock. Every time in an rpg that I enter a new area I want to complete the map of that area. But past that exploring point? I'll be using them a lot, just as I have on SWToR or the Destiny Beta.
Do you ever use "mounts"?

Yes, I love mounts. Unlike some others, I used them aaaaall the time in Oblivion and Skyrim. I would go through them pretty fast too unfortunately due to flailing off a cliff or being attacked while mounted (or the ones in Skyrim who think they're battlemasters and go charging into battle on their own) so I just stole all my horses until getting Shadowmere and Arvak.

The only game where I really used mounts was SWTOR and that is because it has waste empty areas with nothing in them that you have to cross once you reach level 20ish.

I don't use them in Skyrim because they keep dying and running off and whatever. I use them in SW:tOR.
I'll probably use them in DA unless I feel like I'm missing banter. Or there's a fight every 5 steps, so it's pointless.

I used then in Skyrim and I'm sure I will in DAI. Giddy up.

I use mounts. I like galloping through the countryside, with the wind in my hair lol. As long as the animations for getting off the mount aren't awkward like they were in Skyrim, i'll use them frequently in this game.

I never use mounts in Skyrim as it was kind of a pain to access them. Its just easier to run or fast travel. I will use mounts in inquisition if the areas are really large and I can easily access my mount.
