Edit: OT, ME3 is my soul. I don't know what I'd do without it....ME4 has a lot to live up to!

Meeting so many awesome (and some not so awesome) people and having the most random conversations during matches. Balance change Tuesdays and pre DLC speculations were also pretty memorable.

And I've seen the message during wave 11 solo, I think I'll still remember this long after i forget how fun the MP is.

- Meeting, and playing with with some really nice people

- The awesome enemy design of collectors and the shitty design of cerberus

- The one true lord Venom shotgun

- The true master race, drell

 

And most importantly,

- Taking part in Prestacious' themed challenges. (This will probably be the most significant thing I'll look back upon when I am done with this game. It completely changed the game for me)

The people mostly. Maybe it's because of the co-op nature of the game but the folks of me3mp are the best people I've ever met in a game.

 

The Retaliation wait was also a fun little memorable moment. Getting the hopes up for an Infidrell or an AHI release but getting a Volus merc instead. Oh the saltiness on the forums afterwards, so epic.

The great fun and good times I had playing it that kept me coming back for all these hours.

 

Especially in light of the disdain/annoyance I felt when learning that ME3 was going to have an MP mode and that I´d be required to play it to reach the highest EMS for the SP campaign.
