Noire is never OP. That is Cave, MAGES. and Nepgear's job.
She was OP back on the PS3 games and Re;birth 1+2.

Never noticed that. She was always one of the weaker characters actually.

I just had Noire out dps Gear who has over 3000 strength.

Noire is a menance, dishing out damage like there would be no tomorrow. Almsot felt bad about how strong she could be

Maybe it was just due to her always joining the game late then.
I've always just been spamming Cave's EXE and clearing just about anything with her near-infinite supply.
Are the Makers better in Re;Birth 3? I always found the Makers while fun to be useless once you have the full CPU cast in the past games. I know Liam was talking about the changes to EXE so does that make them better? Would love to use MAGES. and Cave more often.

That's not really an issue from my perspective -- The idea is that tough enemies can be beaten if one prepares and stategize accordingly.. if difficulty was ramped in such a way solely for the sake of being more difficult then that'd be a problem. In retrospect, Persona 2 is actually even more easy than Persona 3 from what I've played, and that boggles the mind a bit.. Anyway, a boss is not just a random twerp who's eaten twice as many mars bars as a regular dude -- A boss needs to function as a final exam of every ability and knowledge you've learned so far.. You have to use them all. In Shin Megami Tensei games, that is entirely ideal for most of the overall game. In Devil May Cry, it's impossible to win by spamming the same attacks, it's about reflexes and knowing all the combos which in of itself might be hard but it's satisfying once you've figured it all out.
Game design 101. This medium doesn't work without challenge.

As my sig pokes fun at, I have Noire and Plutia in my party, but you wouldn't know it in anything but boss fights after how much Skill Spam from Cave's Full Burst Option and MAGES.' Shiver Beam.
I might just turn on the Fortify Enemies Plan to get things at least less of a cakewalk.

Good to see the Makers are more viable now, Cave and MAGES. where awesome in the past games but EXE spam and other CPU broken stuff just made CPUI teams more viable.
And all the more satisfying when you finally do. Just ask this guy:
Celebration starts at 12:38.
I seriously need to replay that game.
I don't think I've forgiven myself for choosing Law.

Awww, yeah the Law ending sucks.

I wish the alignment system gave a few more hints.

Lol. Well, the stipulations of Law are pretty crazy so it's consistent.

I mean before the whole "Allignment lock-in" part.
I guess Atlus will always put Law in the "seemingly-nice slasher dude" role.

Ah. Yeah, good point. I think Atlus has more leeway in not messing up any of the alignments when they're not directly dealing with Law, Neutral, and Chaos. They can get a bit more varied dealing with the nuances of other ideals. But I'm just going off of Nocturne and Devil Survivor 2.

Better sight then WW Links ass in those parts at least.
IF was 2nd in the recent popularity poll.
So last, probably after....
Anyone else.
I really hope if they do another poll for a game they remove some characters who already had a game.

CFW Magic was in there for some reason, and so was the fish in VII

How CFW Magic made it will always boggle my mind. At least Underling had character, Magic has like the least amount of lines in the whole game, outside probably CFW Judge.
Another reason why Victory is better outside Pluty, MAGES., Nepu Nepu as protag and other stuff. Seven Sages>ASIC

Iffy has no plot.
I still wonder how Iffy learned how to use Gate of Babylon tho.
