You can play the Citadel before the Coup and get Cerberus Phantom armor so you can shoot Ashley or Kaidan in it. I think it's hilarious that Udina goes to the omni-tool to show "She's with Cerberus." when you're wearing armor with the Cerberus logo.
Or you could just give it to yourself through Gibbed. 
Garrus has better lines when you don't let him win.
I don't know about that... the "...this is my favorite spot on the Citadel" line was pretty good

I'm guessing you need to be on PC to accomplish this?
