I'm not sure what the OP is asking here. For the 360/PS3 versions to be on-par with the XBO/PS4/PC versions?
Because we already know that isn't happening.
To what extent remains to be seen. But BioWare has stated a couple times that ambient effects and water will be better on the latter, in addition to having more NPCs in the background (that you can't interact with anyway). This is just the result of a larger RAM pool and fancier GPU bandwidth, nothing more.
I really don't know why someone would be upset about the removal of performance-killing pointless window dressing. Of course, if it were me getting this complaint, I'd be like, okay, fine. You get more objects. And textures so low-res it makes the game look more like 20 years old instead of 10. Happy?!
They can't really do anything about that expensive polygon budget other than remove some extraneous objects/models. They're not going to re-build all the character and object models to use fewer polygons on the last-gen systems. That would be insane. So "I want more polys!" basically equates to either "I want the draw distance to be 10'" or "I want shitty low-res textures on everything". Personally, I'd go with the "less frills" option. Least amount of work for Bioware, least amount of "making the whole game look awful".
Granted, they could always replace the "missing" stuff with two-dimensional static imposters. Which would make me laugh my ass off. So Imma go with that.
