Wow, really?

The wait is torture, it's true. But you could help yourself by playing other games in the meantime. Similar RPGs and stuff like that. Of course it's not going to be the same as playing a Bioware game, but it can come pretty close.
For example a great new RPG that 'just' came out is Divinity Original Sin that I see others have already recommended here as well. It's a very lengthy game that should help with the wait. For a week/a couple weeks at least if you're a very fast player like me, hahah. It's a great game and deserves the support.
Have you read the books? They're also pretty cool and a nice 'fix' if you want to be back in the dragon age universe but don't want to go through the games again. But going through the games again with a completely different character and decisions could make it fresh again. I've pretty much played all origins by now (only haven't gone through the game as a dwarf noble and elf mage fully), but each different origin provides a different experience if you roleplay it. Something to consider. I personally have a couple of playthroughs ongoing right now, and I switch it up between a good and evil character depending on what I feel like playing.
I've also found that watching others talk about the game in vids or even playing the game can be entertaining and can make the wait a little better. Sure, you might not get new info, but you'll hear someone talk about it and share your enthusiasm for the game, which is always nice in my opinion!

Games I highly highly highly reccomend
Dark Souls 1 and 2 and Demons Souls if you like them.
And it's been said before but Dragons Dogma: Dark Arisen is an amazing game. Play it. Don't buy the original unless you are hardcore however. Make sure you get Dark Arisen.

I whole heartedly agree with you. Divinity Original Sins is such a beautiful game and i'm clocking 50+ hours only on the 2nd town. However, this game certainly won't appease console gamers.
Just play other games in the meantime.
Give a try to Darksiders (1 and 2) if you haven't yet. I'd also recommend Far Cry 3, Borderlands 2 and Tomb Raider (2013).
You should DEFINITELY watch or read Attack on Titan. It's really good. I am currently rewatching the anime.
I planned on doing that for some time, but I was busy preparing for an admission exam for college. I stayed a year at home while my friends were scattered all around the place, alone with barely any human interaction beside my family so I didn't let myself indulge in more fun activities like watching a movie or something similar for a very long time. I wanted to be sure I'll never have to go through this kind of isolation ever again ![]()
Now that I have some extra time I'll definitely watch the anime and read the manga if I can get my hands on it, but only after I finish the "Berserk" manga. From what I've seen, I think I can say that the "Berserk" manga is actually gorier that "Attack On Titan". The anime is also good, but it's a shame that it only covers only a small part of the plot and, despite the fact that it mostly stays true to the manga, it omits a few things from it ( most notable a very O.O moment). You should really try both of them, but start with the anime.
Nothing can fill the void, nothing else can satisfy but DAI! ![]()
Since the release got pushed back an extra 6 weeks, I'm going to try out Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition for this month, and then hope Destiny will keep enough of my attention to last until close to DAI release. I don't know if it will work, but I've already replayed DAO and DA2 (and Mass Effect!), so I really need to try something else for distraction.
Here's to hoping time will fly between now and November.
I am interested in a ton of things that involve waiting for the next installment. With enough interests, there'll always be an installment of something or other coming out at any given time. Most recent thing that grabbed my interest was the manga Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan). I glutted myself on the entire thing in two days a few months back, and now wait for monthly installments. I know that waiting sucks, but there's tons of amazing stuff out there that could interest you in something genuinely new. I find this more interesting than poring over the forum every day for minute details.
Some days...

Gundam and...

I'm beginning The witcher - Enhanced edition (downloaded from steam). I guess between this, and the sims 4 on middle september will keep me busy until november (and by trying to not spending a lot of time on inquisition forums of course)
I looked at a gameplay video yesterday and man even two minutes of it made me want the game badly. Luckily I had my DAO complete edition on steam so going to sooth my urge with that.

He's probably already played the Souls games(or at least DkS) if his avatar is one of the Four Kings
But I agree on DD:DA great game, though it requires a lot of patience.
Wow I didn't notice XD I'm still trying to level my blue sentinel covenant...i think that will last me for years.
Yeah that's one thing about DD:DA, the mid levels between 40-100 are grinding >.< but then you can bitterblack isle and the game is amazing again.
Well, if you have an iPhone/Pad or an Android you can play Heroes of Dragon Age. Dragon Age: Journeys is also a good way to kill some time. It's a browser based game. Both are decent time killers.
Hit the gymn, work on trade skills, learning to draw far better, and possibly finish a novella.

I certainly wish to have more time and the time goes by more slowly
. Why? I have too many stuff to do and too many backlog of games that i cant see myself completing and new ones kept coming. I literally bought alot of games during sales and i'm such a greedy bastard ![]()
I discovered that being out of your home 90% of the time helps. At least for me it does
