So, a preview of the Last Flight has been released on Amazon.
Chronologically, the story ocurrs afters Asunder but many chapters details the story of the Fourt Blight with Garahel being featured.
The main character is Valya, an elven mage who sought refuge from the Templars amidst the Grey Wardens. She is tasked with searching the records for events where the Grey Wardens acted in manners consistent with mind control (probably a hint of Corypheus in DAI) and she discovers the journal of Isseya, Garahel's sister.
Most of the preview happens in Antiva City just as the whole royal family falls to the Blight and it ends with a group of Templars informing the Dragon Age Grey Wardens that they passed by entire fortresses of Wardens that had been abandoned for seemingly no reason (Corypheus again, perhaps?)
Personally, I did not like Garahel. He acts almost exactly like Maric and Alistair. He even named his griffin "Crookytail"
Also, there's this elven Warden named Caronel who claims he is from Ferelden and became one after Cailan's death so, who the hell recruited him?
Anyay, rejoice, there are griffins in this story.
