Definitely Sumalee Montano (North American female) for my Qunari.
Alix Reagan is great and all, but her voice is so...soft, that the thought of it coming out of a bulky seven foot tall warrior woman is a little bit ridiculous to me. What I've heard of Sumalee's in the quiet, phone-camera demo a while back seemed much more fitting from what I could hear.

Alix Wilton Reagan. The best one out of an uninteresting set of choices so far, anyway.
I like to think she suits an Elfie over the alternative.

I'm thinking Jon Curry for my first Warden (elf) because of the work he did in Origins with the Fort Drakon commander. (I would say Zevran, but he had an Antivan accent,soooo...)

I'm going with Alix Wilton Regan (hope I spelled it right) and Harry Hadden-Paton for my first 2.

Revas - Alix Wilton Regan
Issala - Sumalee Montano
Mana - whichever fits her best
Samahl - Jon Curry
Hayden - Harry Hadden-Paton
Meraad - whichever fits him best
EDIT: To clarify, I don't know which character I'm doing first, so I thought I'd list them all. That being said, it'll probably be Revas, Issala, or Hayden, as their planned LIs are already confirmed.

Jon Curry for my male Qunari Inquisitor
the british voice from the trailers doesn't suit a Qunari (or a dwarf for that matter)
at all
I really hope that Jon Curry has a deeper voice

Most likely Sumalee Montano.
She'll be my go to.

Since my first one is a male human, I'm planning on the American male voice, due to the fact that he'll have been in the Free Marches for most of his life, and I don't want him with an English accent, since that is usually associated with Ferelden. I want him to sound more like a foreigner at the Peace conference.

I guess it really depends on which one I feel is better I guess at first.

I'll probably try out all four of them at some point. But since my first inquisitor will be female, I'll go with Alix Wilton Regan, partially because I plan on naming her Alexandra, you know Alix, Alexandra, sound kind of similar.

Sumalee for my lady qunari mage and the british male VA for my rogue male inquisitor. I've never played as a male in DA but the british male VA is so good I'm going to play one for the first time.

American VA for qunari and dwarf Inquisitors.
Probably start with a Human Male Warrior.
Then a Qunari Female Rogue or Mage.

Most likely, Harry Hadden-Paton (the British male voice actor) for my elven Inquisitor, although I'm going to make him look ethnically Antivan (the closest equivalent to Latino I can accomplish for the character).
