Definitely Sumalee Montano for my first playthrough. In fact, I loved her 'French' accent in SR4 so much, I'd probably have been happy if she voiced an Orlesian Inquisitor.
The deep/husky voice can definitely work for an elven character, Velanna and Fenris are proof enough of that.
I had no idea the british male voice actor is annonced. He has a sexy voice and I usually prefer british over american. That being said, the american voice is absolutly dreamy steamy dark... So I just have to make my superhawt male elf/human and se whichever voice withs him the most. Most be something manly if he is able to score Dorian...
For my female elf with (hopefully Solas) it has to be the british actress. Gorgeous voice. Oh my. *blush*
Well, even though we haven't heard Sumalee's, I'm familiar with her work and I think she'll do a great job in DA3. I really want an american accent for my dwarf Quizzy, so I'll probably go with her.

Well I'm doing dwarf so I'll probably use the American accent. Then for my qunari after that....I dunno, might go british to just hear a different voice.
British VA for human and elf Inquisitors.
American VA for qunari and dwarf Inquisitors.
This. It just seems like the most lore-friendly approach to take. My first Inquisitor is going to be a male elf so he'll have the male British VA.
Unsure at the moment, I'm not at all familiar with any of their work(minus Traynor and Zevran, the other two I have no idea what they've done) And if the male voice brings any of the Zevran sound, he's pretty much a non choice for me, I liked Zevran in Origins but never would I want my player to sound like him.
Alix for my Human female mage, but I haven't heard Sumalee's voice acting yet.
For my first and only Inquisitor I'll be using the main male British accent from trailers.
