I thought the max spawn is 5  :rolleyes:

Sometimes, you can luck out and have all 8 enemies spawn at the same place.

On Glacier it's possible to position yourself in such a way that enemies all spawn on the same spot in the basement, but it's still a relatively rare occurrence. I'd give it 1 in 5 matches probability of happening.

Interesting. I have never seen this happen and even the coalesced.win says 5 is max  :rolleyes: You can't trust this game at all.  :ph34r:

Basically, the spawns of 5 and 3 occur at the same location. It's not technically an 8 member spawn - the game sees it as two spawns but at the same location. That's my understanding.

The missile speedruns done by 4 member teams exploit this by blocking all spawn points but one. In solos, you need a bit of luck.

So you basically pretend to run at one spot, run a bit then turn as it about to spawn?  :rolleyes:

I don't know what you're trying to say, but there's no reliable way of making it happen if you're solo. It either 8-spawns or doesn't. Most often it doesn't.

What I'm saying is between waves you look at one direction to stop enemies spawning there, then look at another and somehow it shifts all of them to one place  :)

Red dot in the middle is the starting position (at least for me), red lines indicate the direct vision on the spawns 4 and C. Ideally that should block them, but 4 will still spawn quite regularly and C will trollspawn sometimes (rarely). If neither happens, enemies spawn on 6 and further below, over the marked stairway. Sometimes, for some reason, everything will just spawn on 6.

Updated, added names to lists. Still haven't gone through every section closely for duplicates and such but will tackle that this weekend when I am feeling less lazy. 

 

Some things that aren't in the main archive or didn't qualify due to the rules were added to the miscellaneous section. 

 

let me know if I derped and left something out and I will fix (eventually).

Pretty meh gameplay, but I got 10WS and still 2nd fastest time so I uploaded it anyway. Put this into whatever section of the HoF you wanna, I'll record a sub-15 run eventually :P (and possibly improve the GI gold record. Came pretty close to that 3 times this week).

I don't usually follow this thread, but Alquinn's recent mention of this made me come over here. That's seriously sick, congratulations man! :)

 

A bit surprised to see it being done with a BW instead of an Arc Pistol, but I guess you just had to luck in a BW run, and could do the same with an Arc Pistol, given the right spawns...

BW obliterates Atlases at a much faster pace. I believe that's the crucial difference.
