As for BW/Arc pistol, I doubt if arc pistol can be as quick as BW esp. in the hands of a sniper infiltrator. As Alquinn pointed out, BW is much quicker vs. atlases and since I was primarily focusing on atlases in the later waves of my solo, I doubt if arc pistol could match the same speed.
The best I was able to get with arc pistol was 14:09.

Marksmad was referring to platinum solo. There are quite a few sub-20 white/gold solos. I don't think there was a sub-20 plat solo on white before techno's.

Is this no AC time beatable? Looked like a close to perfect run, even when you didn't get the direct kill on a couple missiles, anything left died to one hit

With better missiles (especially those that get 2 atlases and a few mooks) on my run, 15 secs or so could be shaved. A better time would require a lot of grind.
I think the only character that can beat it is probably the Talon GI. I'll let Alquinn be the judge on that.
