Had some time to waste, so I ended up doing a couple of solos with the Fury.
I managed to get 18:20 10ws cerb/glacier run, where all the dying was reserved for w11 instead of the usual w1 ![]()

On yet another run I got the time down to 16:49, but got killed in the extraction zone by the atlas rocket's dot with about 1 second to go, and I couldn't gel fast enough for it to count. Needless to say I was not thinking happy thoughts about the biower person who decided to add that in the game all those years ago, as if the atlas rockets weren't annoying enough before that...
Must've been the same guy who made shotgun amps more rare than ultra rares ![]()

Very nice 17:26 run, excellent time considering you didn't spawn nuke and objectives were sub-optimal. Also nice last move on extraction (the last light meele), was that just perfect timing on your part or nice coincidence?

Not really enjoyable as on Wave 1-2, I had Husks sneaking behind me and so I was running all over the place and no-scoping. As always, Banshees are a pain in the ***, and Brutes & Husks are melee enemies and so they can't be trolled. I hated it from Wave 7-10. 7 and 9 took the longest. I would put it at a scale of 3/10. I originally wanted to try it with the Adept, but for some reason, I have bad luck with him.

Boy was I wrong about the collector adept, lol. I've been playing this kit as a PPR weapon damage build for as long as I can remember. But... the truth is... there is absolutely no need to spec this guy for weapon damage, as ascension stance + warp/incendiary ammo more than compensate. Needless to say, this solo was a lot of fun. Nothing like spamming ascension stance, dark sphere, and dark channel as often as possible, while wrecking all things still alive with a heavy weapon.

Note: Although I used reegar + incendiary in this run, I've had comparable results (and better survivability) with the typhoon + warp ammo on FB White. Will upload if I can get it sub-25. BL: Try this build with typhoon/warp ammo - it is fun and pretty easy mode.

+1 for Raider. You'll have to explain something to me though (pardon me for my ignorance). At 12:56 and 13:06, you two clip a banshee using the following sequence: AH, Warp / BE, bang-bang, thermal clip, bang-bang. At the end of the sequence the banshee has approx. 3/4 of her armor left, but she dies a second later. WTF is going on here? And why did you use a thermal ciip to get four shots even though you already had a full mag? Would reload cancel be too slow to exploit the "glitch"? And by glitch, I mean whatever caused 3/4 of banshee armor to disappear in under a second even though you weren't shooting it.
*edit: Another question for you - what number do you use for your FOV settings? I would like to start using that FOV. Most of the FOV mods that I see are zoomed out to far for my liking, but yours seems just right.

I assumed that he was doubly exploiting the incendiary glitch by doubling the number of rounds fired in a short time frame... as if he knew that firing four rounds in a second's time was guaranteed to spell inevitable doom for the banshee. So looking back, at 12:56, he "forgets" about the banshee when it has about 40% armor left, and at 13:06, he leaves it with about 70% armor left or so. Interesting stuff. I've heard about the incendiary bug, but had no idea it was so pronounced.

Surely you've heard of the infamous incendiary glitch? Basically incendiary ammo is buggy as hell, and when used in combination with some damage over time powers, most notably inferno grenades and warp, the DoT effect from the ammo and the power combine in some weird way and the result is ridiculous. You can see a good exampleof it in action a bit later in the vid at around 13:20 where you can see the banshee's health just drop after I hit it with the cheese combo.
If you want to try it yourself, the best, or worst (whichever way you want to look at it) example would be inferno grenades and incendiary4 reegar vs armor. Use the power, shoot a bit, and then watch enemies die to the DoT.
About the thermal clip use, I just wanted to get rid of the banshees before other enemies showed up. Dealing with them while they are alone is quick and easy, but when there's ravagers shooting you and brutes staggering you, not so much. Basically, I want to keep banshee killing and otherstuff-killing separate in most situations, as they slow each other down when combined. Now why did I use thermal clips for that? Simple, they give 100% weapon damage boost for 10 seconds iirc. Very useful, since it lets you get rid of banshees in that 1 "combo", and then move on to the other stuff closing in with a boost to weapon damage.
And finally, I use 90 fov, tweaked by changing 1 line in the coalesced.win

As JuhOM said, it's even more ridiculous with Inferno Grenades + incendiary Reegar. I'm pretty sure I've seen a vid of a batsol using this setup on an Atlas (on Glacier), but I can't find it at the moment.
