Post three on the first page. It's at the very bottom. Fastest bronze solo run recorded so far is 7:55, Harrier GI on glacier/reapers.  

 

As a general note to the thread, I won't be updating for a while. That would require me to sit at my computer for like 15+ minutes and that's not happening again for the time being. all names will be added to lists eventually though.

Congrats. That beats out DanDCD93's 15:12 run with the Talon Merc as the fastest console speedrun recorded in this thread.

Anyone attempting a speedrun would dream about such missions right ? Well this rule of thumb doesn't apply to me, I'm terrible with pizzas ! I always drop them, pick stupid paths, run into phantoms goons or atlases. The one time I tried to keep my head cool, carefully plan for a safe way is when I ran into the most trouble. My gameplay was also crappy for the most part, considering I got these missions, I was aiming at something like 17min or so... This run doesn't feel like a victory at all, didn't even enjoyed it...

I Updated. If your run got left out it means either

 

a.) I totally missed it

b.) It didn't qualify based on screenshot vs. video rules (I don't think there was any entry like that this time through however, I didn't knowingly reject anything) 

c.) you just submitted a screenshot or video link without using the proper HOF format (see below). I'm going to ignore entries that don't use the format because I am BSN's worst and laziest archivist and also an impatient turiangrump.

And add (screenshot) in parentheses if it is just a screenshot. And please use capital letters. 

 

If you are in category C, you can resubmit your screenshot or video in the proper format and I will add it in the next update. 

 

Also I confuse all the batarians on a regular basis so if you submit a batarian run you may want to check I put it under the right batarian because I'm a derp

Don't like my stupid thread's rules, don't post runs in it. It's kind of a common courtesy in any of the halls of fame to use the proper format when making submissions, I'm just far meaner about it than either Loufi or Prestacious. 

 

You can either use the forum's built-in text editor to insert a link or type the bbcode, which would be [*url=yourvideoorscreenshotlinkhere] xx:xx | Weapon | Map | Faction | Platform | YourName (screenshot)[/*url] (remove the asterisks)

Whenever I posted for the first time in the Plat solo / Themed challenges / Gold solo sr threads I checked how the screenshots are submitted by the other people and I copied their formula. It's really not that hard.

FYI, I posted my bronze solo (which you accepted and updated) in exactly the same way I did my gold solos and silver solo, yet those can't be accepted? There's something called consistency.

Common courtesy I have no idea how to do because I've never done it. And there's no instructions on the first page either. And when I followed the instructions (I have no idea what a bb code is), it didn't work. So you know, you can't expect common courtesy when you have no idea what to do.

Spell the line out according to the specs indicated by TheTechnoTurian (or any other HoF you are posting to), select said text, click on the "link" button: bottom row, two chain links with a green dot under them; that opens a new window asking for the hyperlink to use, copy-paste it from from the other tab you have opened to the image you want to use (if you include the "http:" part in your copy-paste, it will get automatically truncated, that is fine). Click "ok", and voilà, you are done

 

Before doing any of that, you might want to use the "More Reply Options" tab, which allows you to "Preview Post", so that you can check that the link is functional. If you need more help, you can try to PM me and we can try to figure it out (no promises).

 

You are asking for help on a basic forum feature, not the particular format required by this thread, and linking has become second nature to most people posting here (not that I will ever post a link in this thread, but I sure like to spam Pres' challenge threads... a lot ).
