My Inquisitor is going to be a dwarf rogue named Tyrion. I'm going to make him like Tyrion Lannister from Game of Thrones. He's going to be smart, witty, and enjoy the company of whores and sell swords. His morality will be chaotic neutral. He will be good when he can but will ultimately look out for #1. Tyrion will kill or steal from others if he thinks he has enough to gain from it.

When it comes to leading the Inquisition Tyrion will be smart and careful with his decisions. He will be smart enough to think outside the box and find alternate solutions but won't take any needless risks for the sake of being noble or valiant. For a half man, one slip up could prove fatal.

A female Qunari warrior who kills things and stuff. She usually kills things, but she's been known to kill stuff too if the stuff bothers her too much. Stuff makes fun of her mother sometimes.

My Inquisitor will mostly be a rehash of my Hawke, which is to say he's going to snark at all the scary weird stuff going on around him while trying very hard not to soil his pants.

Hah nice one. Stannis used to be me favorite GOT character until he spent an entire season and a half doing nothing but sitting around Dragon Stone and brooding. I'm glad Stannis has finally become relevant again.

I'm still on the fence on what my Inquisitor will be. I'm torn between a dwarf warrior, a qunari warrior, a qunari mage, a human warrior, an elf mage... or something else entirely.

 

On the one hand, "Qunari mage with authority = most immediately recognizable person in all of Thedas", but on the other hand, "dwarf with power of the Fade" is also pretty distinct and the warrior path sorta compels me by virtue of "Mage in DAO, Rogue in DA2, ...Warrior for DAI?"

 

How comfortable playing a warrior feels will have a big impact on whether or not I accept it for my "canon" universe...

A Dalish mage who is an odd amalgamation of Adult Aang from The Legend of Korra and Iorveth from The Witcher 2.

 

He will at least consider helping anyone because he respects every race.

 

However, he will always help another elf (Dalish, city, etc) under any circumstance, which obviously proves to be unwise in some cases.

A human male rogue that will be a combination of Rorschach, Wolverine, Batman and Deathstroke. Throw a little Deadpool in, too. I'll try to figure out how to intertwine them at a later date.

Think on my first playthrough I'll try to make a version of myself both in appearance and personality. So my Inquisitor will probably look like a mid twentyish year old Luke Cage that is a mage and will romance Dorian. Ill be anti-chantry and templar with a hint of Morrigan attitude towards their religion. Me and Solas will probably be best buds and me and Vivenne will clash like crazy. My team will be Dorian, Vivenne, and Blackwall. Ill be back tracking with a rogue to unlock chests but I like exploring and never felt the need to have a mage, rogue, warrior, and healer as a must for a party in the previous games.

I'm going to take Cassandra to tank, my dual wield inquisitor to assassinate the big targets, a support mage for heals, buffs, and maybe a helpful combat spell or two, and whoever gives me the best ranged dps crowd control. My party will probably consist of Me, Cassandra, Dorian, and Sera. I would prefer Varric as my ranged dps but I think Sera is going to agree with my choices more. My Inquisitor isn't going to go save some village under attack when one of is his keeps is under siege.

Male qunari rogue.  He's going to be a Robin Hood type character.   He's not going to be a run-of-the-mill qunari.   He'll have plenty of charm and be handsome as f***.
