It says on the wiki that she attacks you if you tell her you let Pryce take the goods. Does she manage to escape before you finish her off?

Damn!

I've been attacked by Meeran on a number of my DA2 playthroughs, but I've "never" had Athenril attack me in Kirkwall, even if I did help Pryce out. What must I do specifically to make that happen?

yeah new fleshed out character would be great. I wonder how a scout leader compares to advisors then and if there are any other "departments". Do we have a supply train manager or an in house psychologist ? I can imagine the inquisition can cause some serious stress-related health issues.

I think we'll have a lot of supporting minor NPCs. There's Dagna and I'll think we'll also have a senechal like Varel in Awakening. It was also mentioned somewhere we can recruit a master of horse. Also we'll probably have a captain of the guard, supply master, enchanter, smith and somebody in charge of research and translations (if that's not Dagna).

You have to tell her outright that you gave them away, not lie about it.

Actually, she will also ambush you if you agree to help her but then accept a bribe from the merchant, then go with Meeran's plan (you don't need to speak to her at all after the initial contact).  I do this to maximize the money I receive at the start, and as a result, she attacks me in every DA2 playthrough.

I think that according to Varric, the girl Bianca is dead.

According to Gameinformer, there is a Scout Harding you interact with.

I thought of Bianca too.

We're not actually 100% sure Bianca is dead.

Not Bianca, but she could be the scout leader considering the dialog options.

So is the dwarf in the screencap. At least as blonde as Varric.

The Inquisitor's scout leader is called Harding.

"Scout Harding (a reliable Inquisition agent who gives you the lay of the land in new areas) explains that the leader of an Avvar tribe in the mire has abducted an Inquisition patrol in hopes of drawing the Inquisitor out."

If we send him to Kirkwall to scout for the Inquisition, it'd be Harding in Hightown.

In DA2? no. you can not meet her at all though. (I prefer her to the mercenarys though) and It always felt like they had more stuff planned for her that didn't make it into the final game.

Yes you CAN kill Athenril.

Perhaps Sigrun? She was was a legionnaire scout, and in most epilouges disappears.

Hmm..I thought I killed her in front of the Blooming Rose one evening. I got gold from the merchant for not doing her dirty work in act 1 and she confronted me later on....boom dead

WELL DONE SIR/MADAM.

As for the adorable dwarf, I'd be happy if she's either Bianca or Dagna, although given the difference in the way faces look between DAO and DA2 and DAI, I'm betting Dagna will still have that three-ponytail hairstyle for easier recognition. And as for Bianca - we have what Varric remembers of her, but he's amongst the most unreliable of narrators.

I'd love it if it were Sigrun, too - but considering Sigrun's facial tattoos, it's unlikely.

Why would Danga be a scout? She wanted to be a scholar. I think she will serve more in the lines of helping study how to fix the problems of the Fade tear.
