I'm creating a Mass Effect board game for myself and my friends to play, but I would like the finalized version to get professionally printed by The Game Crafter. The issue that I currently have is that The Game Crafter requires written permission to use the copyright:

This makes sense, as they would be making some money in selling me the products I'm requesting. Now I know that BioWare usually doesn't have a problem with fan creations, but in this case, since there is a monetary exchange, I can't find any information. I've tried emailing contact@bioware.com and tweeted @bioware, but I have yet to get a response. Can anyone else help me out or let me know who to contact?
