so in DA2 i decided to create an extremist mage and an extremist templar. i wanted my mage to be more aggressive/sarcasitc and i wanted my templar to be kind/sometimes agreesive. (i actually ended up liking my templar more even tho i am personally pro-mage which i thought was funny)

now i can't remember all dialogue choices from DA2, but from what i remember when supporting mages i often had to choose kind options and when supporting templars i often had to choose an aggressive option. (not always, it often also gave u options with the circling arrow things or changed depending on who u were talking to) but i was playing a kind templar and a unsympathetic mage so it didnt exactly always line up.

i know that theres a million different ways one could play a character and theres just no way bioware could include all of it, but i think the idea of being able to choose either side of a conflict in an aggressive or non-agressive way is a cool idea . because not all templars are like "argghhh die mages" and not all mages are "ohh can i get you a fluffy pillow to rest on". some templars are like "well I'm sorry but i have to protect these people" and some mages are like "screw everyone i just want this over with no matter what".

im wondering if this will be implicated into DAI. idk i thought it'd be worthwhile to bring up. see what others think or if anyone found the dialogue options to already do this.

Yes indeed.

The game should not ascribe such obvious personality types (and one might say morals) to your convictions (ME had this problem as well).
