I would say Beige, Beige looks good with any color in my opinion. I hope your bathroom turns out great!
What colour should I paint my bathroom walls?

I don't know anything about interior design, but I'm a huge fan of rough concrete tiles and I think yellow looks amazing with grey. I'd go with concrete tiles, if you are replacing the tiles, or light, concrete-like paint, if you're only painting, and either white or dark grey cabinets.
So, either this:

or this:

Some people find the combination very stark but I love it.

A yellow bath tub.... Are you sure it isn't really a portal that leads somewhere?

What about Amber and Viridian?

Though a better Viridian looks like this:

I'm thinking...black. You can get a sign, post it just opposite the white throne, saying "Bumblebee bathroom!"
That'll clench the sphincters. Wait, what?
Edit: only slightly more seriously, a friend of mine recently got married and his colors where yellow and grey. It works.

How's the bathroom tile coming along?
I've been looking at tiles online, I went to some stores on the weekend. The 1st thing I have to decide on is the size of the tiles. The larger tiles 12x12 or 6x12 seem to be the in thing but with the small area I have I'd have to do a lot of cutting of them. I think i will go for 4x4 tiles if I can.
These are my colour possibilities for the tiles I am looking at.

Why don't you go for mosaic?
Lots of stuff available there and easy to combine with what you want to keep

Just to give you an idea here

My present tiles are like the ones on he far right which I do not like, the middle one I had thoughts of but the problem with these is it is very tough to keep these clean in a bathroom area with moisture and soap and such.

I suggested mosaic since those are small, as in up to about 1.5 cm by 1.5 cm, are available in mates of 30 x 30 cm and can be cut easily.
They are very easy to clean, used them for the bathroom downstairs because the walls are in weird angles.
Combined the the mosaic with a simple white 15x15cm tile which turned out very well.
In my case chose for black/silver/grey mosaic, a combination of marble/glass/baked tiles since the house is old and has a lot of elements left from the time it was build.
Posted the kinds of mosaic that are available, not so much for the colours that I posted.

I think the charcoal or the beige would look best, personally. The lighter tile would make the room look a little larger and brighter. I hope you post a photo when it's finished. Good luck.
