It's been around 10 years, she might have had a child (depending on your game) and yet she's wearing the exact same outfit she wore in DA:O? They could have at least used her Sacred Ashes trailer outfit or something...its so unrealistic that she would only own and wear one....thing....in her entire life. Well, besides her quite fancy dress...and I don't know if its because its alpha, but her outfit literally looks like it has no textures on it either.

Perhaps it was a placeholder outfit and she will get a different one in the game but...I think its rather lazy if it remains the same. She's supposed to be a huge part of the game and they couldn't give her a unique new outfit? 8I

I honestly think that it's her being sucked through time to appear to the Inquisitor.

That....would be a seriously interesting twist.

Maybe that was her only non-Orlesian outfit, and not everyone can be Vivienne and march around all day in a corset and petticoat.

Laziness? Don't forget that all game assets were likely created from scratch in the new game engine. So Morrigan's outfit is also likely to have been created painstakingly to resemble her iconic appearance.

Do you have any concept of how hard the devs are working on this game? No, you don't, or you would not have called them out to be lazy.

Well gallivanting around in the big Orlesian court dress wouldn't be very practical, would it? :)

It fits her character and it's iconic. I would've liked some changes, but it's not a big deal.

I actually thought about that, that's why I just say it looks lazy. And it really stood out for me because everything else looks like stuff that have received a lot of work. I would much rather have Morrigan in something new, like they did with Leliana.

Or maybe it was just a reflex from ME3.

8O That could work! If she has learned some of Flemeth's abilities or knows what Flemeth did in DA2 (where she says 'Must I be in only one place? Bodies are such limiting things'). She could have used an Eluvian to replicate herself?? We only know that the Eluvians are used to travel, but they could be many types of them.

I'm pretty sure she made that dress herself. Maybe she's been making new ones for 10 years.

Actually, maybe that's not Morrigan. Maybe that's young Flemeth that somehow traveled from the distant past. It turns out that her helping the Warden and Hawke and preserving the dragons is a response to what she sees happening in Inquisition.

Not true, she's never worn a crow before.

She was probably wearing it for 10 years before she even met the Warden. She is Morrigan after all. Make do and mend.

You really want to add time travel to the DA universe? IMO That is a can of worms that shouldn't be opened. Just because she wears the same cloths from 10 years ago doesn't mean she is some Magic mirror Stargate thingy time traveller. It's a bit of a stretch

I can overlook that she's still rocking the exact same look 10+ years later....but what happened to the color of her hooded thing? It's so bright and yucky now.

Yes, Bioware is so lazy that they even make another model of her in a dress at a court in Orlais! I mean the possibility that their might be more  different appearances of Morrigan is beyond us!

Disgusting. lazy-arse company.

Bioware is dead to me.

...

AGAIN.
