I will say the only reason I am still here is to see the punishment those guys/that guy receives, the fact he is actually uncaring, and unapologetic for it makes it even worse! I also think I will be disappointed by his punishment in the end though, I don't think Bioware has the power to execute someone by firing squad..or stoning, stoning would be appropriate.

Ban the offending IP Addresses including DLC and Cerberus Network access if possible.

As someone who has been on the receiving end of unjustified IP bans on more than one occasion, I hasten to point out that not everyone has a static IP address. If they don't, banning that address will cause more inconvenience to other people than to the offender. Unless you have some way of knowing for sure, IP banning should not be used.

That's just how trolls operate. The more outrage their actions cause, the more enjoyment they get out of the process. We're essentially just tools they're using to get their kicks at the moment. Hopefully if we ignore them they will go away.
