Im going to update this post with news and videos about Shadow Realms!

If you find more news about this game please give us the links!

Even though Shadow Realms doesnt look like a typical Bioware Single Player RPG, Im convinced that the game has lots of potential to be a fun and addictive action rpg with friends!

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

I'm not sure what to say, exactly. It's fantasy monsters with a bunch of heroes fighting in an urban setting. Not really grabbed by it, but it looks okay. Were they going for an inFamous MMO sort of thing? :P

4 vs 1 multiplayer from the TOR guys, I think I'll just keep on ignoring the hype train. I doubt you can play single.

Truly, I didn't. I can only guess BioWare did some kind of study (polls, focus groups, etc.) and determined there was a market for this game? :?

It's just probably EA years late, trying to jump on the 4 player co-op bandwagon.

The trailer doesn't do anything for it at all. :{

From the TOR guys? I was under the impression that this is the new IP from BioWare Edmonton, or is that something else entirely?

Edit: Turns out this is indeed from BioWare Austin.

Well, signed up for the alpha to give it a shot.

Going to try and remain neutral, but I don't know what I think of it just what I've read on their website so far.

Is this what they were hyping up with those live action trailers?

If so, I'm sensing a pretty big disconnect. lol

Does Evolve or Fable Legends ring a bell? They are this type of game...

BioWare Austin decided to add their own twist to it by adding a cohesive story.

(Un)fortunately, it's not something I care about.

Ehhh....

I'll wait to see what this is.

Interesting concept that seems to get ruined by the whole you-are-a-special-snowflake tropes that Bioware loves...

I mean you had an opportunity to break from the whole cliched stories and you somehow still gave us a modern fantasy rather than something utterly different from Bioware's typical fantasy/sci-fi tropes. :P

I am...very disappointed.

The teaser trailers looked like it could be some awesome horror RPG and it got me interested. But this, this was not what I expected or want.

A multiplayer? I wont even bother watching the trailer, then. Also heard it was PC-exclusive. Whatever.

The new BioWare Game is going to be multilayer only ?

From the trailer it sounds like the multilayer mode from ME3 set in the world of TSW.

A little bit disappointing frankly, but I reserve my judgement before I get more information.

Ups someone beat me to opening a topic.

Anybody else reminded of TSW by the setting ?

I less then thrilled about the multi-player aspect and wonder how the story will handle players not in a dedicated group. (Not to mention the "joy" of playing with random strangers like permanent jumping, insult spewing, .. co-players. )

I am very doubtful about this game and will not allow myself to get hyped, but of course final judgement is reserved for the final product.
