So now that Mass Effect 2 is ruined, what do you plan to play instead?

I was greatly anticipating this game, but now that it has been spoiled I just cannot play it.

Fortunately there are tons of great games coming out so what do you plan to play instead?

No More Heroes 2 comes out the same day as Mass Effect 2 and unlike Mass Effect 2, No More Heroes 2 has NOT been spoiled...yet.

Also, Assassin's Creed II should be cool.  I plan to get it when it comes out for the PC.

We understand it has been spoiled, but we don't need you posting crap like this.

Mass Effect 2

Even if the spoilers are true it'll still be an amazing game. Don't overreact

BioWare needs to fix their double posting glitch on these forums.

Suit yourself but I'm not interested in paying full price for a game where the storyline contributes a major role to the game's entertainment value when that storyline has been ruined.
Right now, the only thing Mass Effect 2 has going for it is the gameplay. Everything else is just a hallow shell.

I'll play Mass Effect 2. I dont know what the ending is (I hardly know anything about the game apart from some changes and the basic gist of the story) and I'm not going to think about it. Also, games are hardly made good or bad by their endings, its more important how it got there.

If you dont want endings of books/movies/games ruined, stay off the internet

I think I will play Mass Effect 2. Its the journey that matters, not the destination. So if the spammers find out a way to tell me every single choice and line of dialogue that got them there, then I don't really care.

Stop being a drama queen. want a spoiler? shepard wins. good guys win. hooray. now you have another reason not to play.

grow a pair and suck it up. just cause a few jackasses spoil a few scenes doesnt mean the whole story is ruined. you still get the journey, and you still cant shake the epic feel.

Mass Effect 2. Spoilers have never bothered me although this time I was planning different. I've always spoiled myself on stuff, like Lost, Metal Gear Solid 3 and 4 and a lot more really. It didn't really affect my experience, as it is the experience itself and the immersion that makes something for me, I've never really been big on surprises. Thing that got me angry the most is that the twist was spoiled for many members.

I'm going to play the crap out of Mass Effect 2 and I can't wait. My excitement has not diminished.

Mocking, you do realise the spoilers are of the new novel, and not Mass Effect 2, right?

Disappointing realisation, that said, if you're posting crap like this you're probably too busy feeding off the drama to actually read what people are posting...

So you don't want to find out how your choices from ME1 impact your game from ME2?. That the end game experience is somehow the only thing that matters? Have fun playing worse games while we're playing ME2, spoilers or no.

The part I find wierd about this is, you're complaining about a game that you say you are now not going to buy because you went and found out how it ends. Well you just saved yourself abotu 40 bucks my friend.
