Are you saying the Maker is passive aggressive?
I never saw it that way. I kind of see it as temporary "Deism". It could turn into Theism if people wanted, but he doesn't seem to have a preference.

I applaud this level of deception. Infiltrate-and-destroy would indeed be preferable to a big annoying boss fight. Now, if only knew if the Grand Admiral is another infiltrator or if he's a real victim of the Elder One's propaganda ministry.
The Elder One shall burn you for this heathen!
....Then he'll burn everyone else but at least he is an equal opportunity destroyer!

There's sort of a spider theme going on with the Elder One's servants, isn't there?

Just love the quote I modified for the Elder One!
"Like the great storm of the First Blight, the forces of the True God will descend upon the Maker's minions. The sky will tremble at their passage and the mighty armies of the Elder One will bring annihilation to his enemies. Know this, for these things will come to pass."

Personally i can't see it being Corypheus. We know something is happening with the warden's, they've been hiding a secret since DA2, there is a book coming out about them, and we know you can attack their fort in the game. so i just doubt they will make Corypheus the big bad when he can fit so well into this minor boss role.
My bet is on the Dread wolf. he was spoken about so much in the book, and considering the end of The Masked Empire, im just going to bet on that trickster
Also i'm not criticizing anyone, it just somethings that makes me laugh, that when ever someone is a dragon, people always theorize its an old god and such.

I just hope we have a revelation that he's just a divine impersonator. I like the ambiguity of religion in DA.
And I say that as a religious person in RL.

Indeed, this is one of the things I enjoy most about Thedas. Anybody could be right and everyone could be wrong!
